学校管理方略选择的基本原则

【摘要】：正依法治国和依德治国相结合是我国治国的方略,学校管理要求管理者依法治校和依德治校。但是在具体管理过程中,如何处理二者的关系,即在什么情况下实施依法治校,什么情况下实施依德治校,怎样把二者有机结合起来。
[Abstract]:The combination of governing the country according to law and governing the country by virtue is the general plan of our country. School management requires managers to run the school according to law and to run the school according to morality. However, in the concrete management process, how to deal with the relationship between the two, that is, under what circumstances the implementation of the school according to law, under what circumstances the implementation of the school according to morality, how to combine the two organically.
