基于学位授予标准的全日制硕士专业学位管理改革研究

【摘要】：2009年起，我国开始扩大招收以应届本科毕业生为主的全日制硕士专业学位研究生，这是我国研究生教育的重大战略性结构调整，，推动了硕士生教育从以培养学术型人才为主向以培养应用型人才为主的模式转变。学位授予标准是质量标准的重要内容，制订科学清晰的学位授予标准是学位管理改革的重要组成部分，对于保证和提高全日制硕士专业学位研究生的培养质量，提高社会和学生对这一培养类型的认可度，具有重要意义。本研究的目的在于从完善学位授予标准的角度，研究如何推动全日制硕士专业学位管理改革，为全日制硕士学位研究生教育的发展提供参考。主要研究内容包括：本文分析了国家和高校两个层面的学位授予标准及学位管理制度，并重点以工程硕士为例，分析了全国工程硕士专业学位教育指导委员会制定的工程硕士学位标准和工程硕士学位论文评价标准。通过上述分析，大致地总结和勾勒了我国现行的学位授予标准及管理制度。分析了全日制硕士专业学位研究生教育的培养目标、培养方式和本质特征，并选取英美两个典型国家的硕士学位标准和两个专业鉴定标准进行比较研究，为讨论我国全日制硕士专业学位授予标准建设和学位管理改革奠定理论和实践基础。在上述研究基础上，本文结合对工程硕士学位标准和学位评价标准以及华南理工大学全日制硕士专业学位研究生实践教学管理的分析，从价值导向、体系建设两个方面并以学位论文、专业实践两个环节为重点，对推进我国全日制硕士专业学位授予标准建设和学位管理改革提出了若干建议。
[Abstract]:Since 2009, China has begun to expand the enrollment of full-time graduate students with master's degree, which is a major strategic restructuring of graduate education in China. It has promoted the transformation of master's education from the training of academic talents to the training of applied talents. The standard of degree award is an important content of quality standards. The establishment of scientific and clear standards of degree award is an important part of the reform of degree management, which can guarantee and improve the quality of full-time master's degree graduates. It is of great significance to improve the social and student recognition of this type of training. The purpose of this study is to study how to promote the reform of full-time professional degree management from the perspective of perfecting the standard of degree award. To provide reference for the development of full-time graduate education of master degree. The main research contents include: This paper analyzes the national and university standards of degree award and degree management system, and focuses on the engineering master as an example. This paper analyzes the standards of engineering master's degree and the evaluation standard of engineering master's degree thesis formulated by the National Engineering Master's degree Education steering Committee. It summarizes and outlines the current standards and management system of degree award in China, and analyzes the training objectives, training methods and essential characteristics of full-time graduate education of master's degree. And select two typical countries of the United States and the United States master's degree standards and two professional standards for comparative research. It lays a theoretical and practical foundation for discussing the standard construction of full-time master's degree award and the reform of degree management in China. On the basis of the above research, this paper analyzes the management of engineering master degree standard and degree evaluation standard as well as the practice teaching management of full-time master degree graduate students in South China University of Science and Technology from the perspective of value. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the standard construction of full-time master's degree award and the reform of degree management in our country, focusing on the two aspects of the system construction and the two links of degree thesis and professional practice.
