汉语国际教育硕士教学能力培养问题探讨

【摘要】：对外汉语教学能力培养在汉语国际教育硕士培养中处于核心地位,是专业培养中的重点,也是关乎培养质量的一个系统工程,应建立有效的课程体系与训练机制。对外汉语教学能力培养涉及汉语作为第二语言教学理念的建立、实践性知识的输入、教学技能的磨炼、教学方法的探索、课堂管理技巧的掌握等多项实践性内容。目前,汉语国际教育硕士专业培养方案中的相关课程共有5门,各门课程之间分工不够明确,有一部分内容互相交叉、互相重复,而另一部分内容则可能成为共同盲区,导致课程之间内在关联性不清楚,系统性也不强。如果以系统论的观点将这几方面的课程整合起来,强化课程之间的内在联系,使之成为一个多位一体的"教学实训"课程体系,将会使单独设课的力量聚合起来,发挥更大的作用,并真正体现实训课程的实践性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of teaching ability of Chinese as a foreign language (TCFL) is at the core of the cultivation of master's degree in international Chinese education. It is the focus of the training of major and a systematic project related to the quality of the training. Effective curriculum system and training mechanism should be established. The cultivation of teaching ability of Chinese as a foreign language involves the establishment of the concept of teaching Chinese as a second language, the input of practical knowledge, the training of teaching skills and the exploration of teaching methods. At present, there are five related courses in the master's program of Chinese international education. The division of labor among each course is not clear enough, and some of the contents are intersected and duplicated. The other part of the content may become a common blind spot, which leads to the lack of clear and systematic relationship between the courses. If the curriculum is integrated from the viewpoint of system theory, the internal relationship between the courses will be strengthened. Making it a multi-position "teaching practice" course system will make the strength of separate courses converge, play a greater role, and truly reflect the practicality and effectiveness of practical courses.
