我国教育硕士专业学位制度两条路径的比较研究

【摘要】: 为调整硕士研究生就业结构,培养高层次的应用型人才,缓解大学生就业问题,2009年新春伊始,教育部发布文件,准许部分专业学位招收应届本科毕业生。在这一政策的引导下,我国教育硕士专业学位研究生自2009年开始招收应届本科毕业生,首次取消对招生对象的工作经验的严格限制。至此,我国的教育硕士专业学位研究生培养形成了在入学条件及培养方式存在差异的两条不同的路径。 本论文主要通过文献分析法、比较研究法来对这两种培养路径进行比较研究。文章主要分四部分,第一部分简单介绍了这两条路径的基本情况,主要包括两条路径出台的相关背景、两条路径的基本内容等两方面;第二部分分析了教育硕士专业学位研究生实行两条路径培养的原因及其理论基础;第三部分主要是关于实行这两条路径的利弊分析。指出,有利的方面是培养模式多样化,可以满足社会多样化的需求;可以完善教育硕士专业学位制度;促进高层次应用型人才的培养;满足教师专业化的需要。不利的方面是容易在这两种路径之间造成不平等,培养质量难以保证。在文章的第四部分,主要是对如何完善这两种路径提出建议。包括:第一,完善法律制度,准确定位教育硕士专业学位;第二,推行学位与学历一体化政策以及严格的教师资格准入制度;第三,建立健全教育硕士专业学位教育质量的保障体系。
[Abstract]:In order to adjust the employment structure of graduate students, train high-level applied talents, and alleviate the employment problem of college students, the Ministry of Education issued a document at the beginning of the Spring of 2009, allowing some professional degrees to enroll fresh undergraduate graduates. Under the guidance of this policy, the graduate students of master's degree in education began to enroll fresh undergraduate graduates in 2009, and for the first time, the strict restrictions on the work experience of the students were abolished for the first time. At this point, there are two different ways of education master's degree graduate training in our country. This paper mainly through the literature analysis, the comparative research method to carry on the comparison research to these two kinds of cultivation paths. The article is divided into four parts. The first part briefly introduces the basic situation of the two paths, mainly including the background of the introduction of the two paths, the basic content of the two paths and so on. The second part analyzes the reasons and the theoretical basis of implementing the two paths for graduate students of education master's degree, and the third part mainly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of carrying out these two paths. It is pointed out that the favorable aspects are the diversification of the training mode, the satisfaction of social diversity, the perfection of the education master's degree system, the promotion of the cultivation of high-level applied talents, and the satisfaction of the needs of teachers' specialization. The disadvantage is that it is easy to create inequality between the two paths, and the quality of cultivation is difficult to guarantee. In the fourth part of the article, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the two paths. These include: first, to improve the legal system and accurately position the master's degree in education; second, to implement the policy of integration of degree and academic qualifications and a strict system of access to teachers' qualifications; third, To establish and improve the guarantee system of the quality of education master's degree.
