专业学位研究生教育“双导师制”研究

【摘要】:专业学位研究生教育主要是为国家和社会培养一批高层次应用型人才,高层次应用型人才不仅要有一定的理论水平和科研能力,且应具备较强的实践能力。专业学位的人才培养目标和要求决定了实践在培养中的重要性,在专业学位研究生培养质量的若干因素中,导师队伍的质量和整体水平起着决定性的作用,因此“双导师制”的引入具有其必要性与科学性。2009年,教育部下发了《关于做好全日制硕士专业学位研究生培养工作的若干意见》文件,文件指出:改革创新研究生教育的培养模式,加大对专业学位研究生教育的培养力度,广泛吸引社会各界的资源,建立健全“双导师制”,联合校内外导师一起培养研究生。自文件下发之后,全国各个高校广泛实施“双导师制”。本文主要运用文献分析法、调查研究法对专业学位研究生教育“双导师制”的有关文献进行分析归纳、对X大学法律硕士“双导师制”实施的现状、存在的问题进行分析,在此基础上提出了对策。本文主要包括五个部分:绪论部分,阐述了研究背景、研究意义、核心概念和研究方法,并以“双导师制”内涵、“双导师制”实施存在的问题以及对策为主题对相关文献进行梳理、总结。第一部分是研究生教育“双导师制”的产生和发展,主要讨论了“双导师制”的产生背景、教育行政部门引导和推动“双导师制”实施、研究生培养单位推动“双导师制”的实践等问题。第二部分是专业学位研究生教育实施“双导师制”必要性分析,分析了专业学位研究生教育的独特性以及专业学位研究生教育推行“双导师制”的意义。其中,专业学位研究生教育的独特性主要包括:培养目标的独特性、教学方式的独特性、考核评价方式的独特性;专业学位研究生教育推行“双导师制”的意义主要体现在四个方面:有利于专业学位研究生实践能力的培养、有助于缓解高校教师资源缺乏的压力、有利于提高导师队伍的整体素质、有利于拓宽专业学位研究生的就业渠道。第三部分是合作理论之于专业学位研究生教育“双导师制”,阐述了合作理论的内涵和特征,主要包括:目的性、平等性和创新性;并指出“双导师制”的有效实施关键在于双方之间的有效合作。第四部分是以X大学法律硕士为例,综合运用问卷法、访谈法以及实地考察对X大学法律硕士“双导师制”实施的现状进行深度调查,通过对问卷深入分析,针对数据反映的情况提出存在的问题,并对存在问题的原因进行归纳分析。第五部分是完善“双导师制”的对策。在分析现状、问题的基础上提出对X大学法律硕士“双导师制”的完善对策。主要包括:完善校内导师与校外导师的合作机制、建立和完善校内导师与校外导师沟通的平台、激发校外导师合作的积极性、明晰校内外导师的职责、加强对导师的培训、健全双导师考核评价机制。
[Abstract]:Professional degree graduate education is mainly to train a group of high-level applied talents for the country and the society. The high-level applied talents should not only have certain theoretical level and scientific research ability, but also have strong practical ability. The training goal and requirement of professional degree determine the importance of practice in training. The quality and overall level of tutors play a decisive role in the training quality of professional degree graduate students. Therefore, the introduction of "double tutoring system" is necessary and scientific. In 2009, the Ministry of Education issued some opinions on the cultivation of full-time graduate students with master's degrees. The paper points out: reforming and innovating the training mode of postgraduate education, strengthening the training of professional graduate education, attracting resources from all walks of life, establishing and perfecting the "double tutor system", and training graduate students together with the tutors in and out of the university. Since the issuance of documents, colleges and universities across the country widely implemented the "double-tutor system." This article mainly uses the literature analysis method, the investigation research method carries on the analysis to the specialized degree graduate student education "double tutor system" the related literature analysis, to X university law master's "double tutor system" the present situation, the existence question carries on the analysis. On this basis, the countermeasures are put forward. This paper mainly includes five parts: the introduction part, elaborated the research background, the research significance, the core concept and the research method, and "double tutor system" the connotation, The problems and countermeasures in the implementation of "double tutorial system" are reviewed and summarized. The first part is the emergence and development of the "double tutor system" in graduate education. It mainly discusses the background of the "double tutor system", and the administrative department of education guides and promotes the implementation of the "double tutor system". The practice of promoting the "double tutor system" in graduate training units. The second part is the analysis of the necessity of implementing the "double tutor system" in professional degree graduate education, and analyzes the uniqueness of the professional degree graduate education and the significance of carrying out the "double tutor system" in the professional degree graduate education. Among them, the uniqueness of graduate education of professional degree mainly includes: the uniqueness of training goal, the uniqueness of teaching method, the uniqueness of examination and evaluation method; The significance of carrying out the "double tutoring system" in professional degree graduate education is mainly reflected in four aspects: it is beneficial to the cultivation of practical ability of professional degree graduate students and helps to relieve the pressure of lack of teachers' resources in colleges and universities. It is beneficial to improve the overall quality of tutors and broaden the employment channels of professional graduate students. The third part is the cooperation theory to the professional degree graduate student education "double tutors system", elaborated the cooperation theory connotation and the characteristic, mainly includes: the goal, the equality and the innovation; It also points out that the key to the effective implementation of the "double mentor system" lies in the effective cooperation between the two sides. The fourth part takes X University Master of Law as an example, synthetically applies the questionnaire method, interview method and field investigation to carry on the in-depth investigation to the X university law master's "double tutor system" implementation present situation, through the thorough analysis to the questionnaire. The existing problems are put forward in view of the data reflection, and the causes of the problems are summarized and analyzed. The fifth part is the countermeasure of perfecting the double tutor system. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems, the author puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the "double tutors system" for the Master of Law in X University. It mainly includes: perfecting the cooperation mechanism between internal and external mentors, establishing and perfecting the communication platform between internal and external mentors, arousing the enthusiasm of external mentors' cooperation, clarifying the responsibilities of mentors inside and outside the school, and strengthening the training of mentors. Improve the evaluation mechanism of double tutors.
