冶金科研院所研究生教育特点分析

【摘要】：冶金科研院所研究生教育是冶金行业高层次工程技术人才培养的一支重要力量,本文总结了我国冶金科研院所研究生教育的基本情况。通过问卷调查、数据分析和比较分析等方法,介绍了冶金科研院所学科专业设置、导师队伍、学习与就业、培养过程与成果、培养环境与条件等方面的特点,指出了研究生教育的不足,提出了有关发展建设的意见和建议。
[Abstract]:Graduate education in metallurgical research institutes is an important force in the cultivation of high-level engineering and technical personnel in metallurgical industry. This paper summarizes the basic situation of graduate education in metallurgical research institutes in China. By means of questionnaire investigation, data analysis and comparative analysis, this paper introduces the characteristics of discipline setting, tutor team, study and employment, training process and achievement, environment and condition of metallurgical scientific research institute, etc. This paper points out the deficiency of graduate education, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on development and construction.
