国内外研究生教育管理组织与制度建设比较研究

【摘要】：随着我国研究生教育需求的增长,研究生教育管理组织与制度建设显得越来越重要。文中在对我国与德国、美国研究生教育管理组织与制度建设的比较基础上,提出了相应的建议与对策,即包括完善研究生招生和培养机制、改善导师遴选方法和学院工作、完善研究生教育发展规划和导师队伍建设制度、以及进一步完善研究生管理制度等。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand of graduate education in China, the organization and system construction of graduate education management is becoming more and more important. On the basis of comparing the construction of graduate education management organization and system between China and Germany and the United States, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures, including perfecting the graduate enrollment and training mechanism, improving the method of teacher selection and the work of the college. Perfect graduate education development plan and tutor team construction system, as well as further perfect graduate student management system and so on.
