新昌实践模式:产学研深度融合创新中的专业学位研究生培养模式改革之路
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the practice model of Xinchang in the process of cultivating professional graduate students in Zhejiang province. Xinchang practice mode puts the training of professional graduate students to the enterprise and the grass-roots level. According to the list of technical issues put forward by the enterprise, the university professor tutor is taken as the subject responsible person, the enterprise tutor cooperates with the instruction, and the graduate student team is the main body of the implementation. The government supports the enterprise investment and provides the operation guarantee, which forms the professional degree graduate training mechanism of the deep fusion and the benign interaction between the government, the industry, the university and the research, and produces a good result of win-win situation.
