高校学术环境对研究生学术努力行为影响调查

【摘要】:文章从实证角度探讨了学术亚文化因素对研究生学术努力行为的影响作用及影响机制问题,样本来自国内某"211工程"高校850名在读文科硕士研究生。研究发现:学术亚文化因素对研究生学术努力行为均具有显著预测作用,学术认同、学术理想在亚文化对研究生学术努力行为的影响中充当完全中介作用,即学术亚文化环境对研究生学术努力行为影响完全是通过学术认同、学术理想传递的。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the influence and mechanism of academic subcultural factors on the academic effort behavior of graduate students from an empirical point of view. The sample comes from 850 graduate students of liberal arts in a "211 project" university in China. It is found that the academic subcultural factors have a significant predictive effect on the academic effort behavior of graduate students, and academic identity and academic ideal play a complete intermediary role in the influence of subculture on the academic effort behavior of graduate students. That is, the influence of academic subcultural environment on graduate students' academic efforts is completely transmitted through academic identity and academic ideal.
