关于在美国做博士后的一些信息

【摘要】：正问:常听人说"(博士毕业后)找不到工作,只好做博士后",能否谈一下为什么做博士后,做博士后有什么意义?答:做博士后指的是,博士毕业后在科研院所从事临时性学术研究工作,美国也有少数工业界博士后职位。要说明的是:如果希望去工业界或商业企业工作,那么能直接去这些单位就直接去,没有必要做博士后。不同的人做博士后有不同的原因。有些在美国的博士毕业生暂时没找到工业界工作(这也许是因为那个专业不好找工作,也可能没把心思放在找工作上或者不熟悉求职方法),只好通过做博士后过渡一下。这样,暂时留在了美国,每年
[Abstract]:Q: I often hear people say, "if you can't find a job, you have to be a postdoctoral student." can you tell me why you are a postdoctoral person and what is the significance of being a postdoctoral person? A: postdoctoral work refers to temporary academic research in scientific research institutes after graduation, and there are also a small number of postdoctoral positions in industry in the United States. To be clear: if you want to work in industry or business, you can go directly to these units, and there is no need to be a postdoctoral. Different people are postdoctoral for different reasons. Some Ph.D. graduates in the United States have not found an industrial job for the time being (perhaps because the major is not easy to find a job, or may not focus on finding a job or are not familiar with job search methods), so they have to make a transition by becoming a postdoctoral student. In this way, for the time being, I stayed in the United States for the time being, every year.
