【摘要】:21世纪以来,随着科学技术的快速发展,中国的经济取得了骄人的成绩。社会和经济的发展使得企业对技能型、技术型人才的需求量大增,尤其是机电技术应用专业的高技能人才社会需求量较大,而我国的中等职业学校机电技术应用专业在培养这类人才中起着重要的作用。但是,目前的中等职业学校在人才培养中存在着重理论、轻实践的现象,教学结构中对学生的技术、技能的提高起着决定性作用的实训教学却没有给以足够的重视,导致培养的学生其机电技术操作能力、实践技能差,不能满足企业机电技术岗位的要求,没有培养出社会需求的机电技术人才。针对上述问题,为提高机电技术应用专业的实训教学质量,培养出适合企业机电技术生产工作岗位要求的机电技术人才,以职业教育教学理论为指导,开展对中职机电技术应用专业工作过程导向的实训教学模式进行研究。 本文在论述中等职业学校机电技术应用专业的培养目标、专业特色、学生特点和实训教学现状的基础上,指出了中职机电技术应用专业实训教学中存在着实训教学内容单一、实训教学过程不连续、实训教学讲多练少和实训教学考核不合理等不适应现代机电技术人才培养的问题。针对实训教学的问题,以工作过程导向教学理论为指导,探讨工作过程导向的实训教学模式的构建问题,分析了中职机电技术应用专业课程和实训的关系,强调中职机电技术应用专业的实训教学要注重工作过程化,要改变实训教学中“教”和“学”的方式,实现学生的知识和能力的更好结合。最后文章以本校的机电技术应用专业《机械加工基础》实训课程为例,把工厂实际加工产品为实训项目引入到实训教学中,采用了工作过程导向的实训教学模式,以具体实例展示了工作过程导向的实训教学模式的实施过程。 中职机电技术应用专业的工作过程导向的实训教学模式改变了传统教师的教学方式和学生的学习方式,注重实训教学内容的工作过程化,,缩短学生就业后的定岗适应期,逐步实现学校与企业的无缝对接,对于提高中职机电专业学生的就业能力起到了一个至关重要的作用。本研究成果将为我校其他专业的实训课程的进一步改革提供参考。
[Abstract]:Since twenty-first Century, with the rapid development of science and technology, China economy has made remarkable achievements. The development of society and economy makes the enterprise demand for skilled, technical talents increase, especially the social demand for high skilled talents of professional mechanical and electrical technology greatly, while China's medium occupation school of mechanical and electrical technology application in the professional training of these personnel plays an important role. However, the medium occupation school is focused on Theory in talent cultivation, light practice, the students technical skills to improve teaching structure, plays a decisive role in the practical teaching did not give enough attention to the students of the mechanical and electrical technical skills, practical skills, can not meet the business requirements of mechanical and electrical technology, did not produce the social demand of mechanical and electrical technology talents. To solve these problems, in order to improve the mechanical and electrical technology The teaching quality of practical training is applied to train electromechanical technology talents suitable for the mechanical and electrical technology production jobs of enterprises. Guided by vocational education and teaching theory, a practical teaching mode of working process oriented for electromechanical technology application specialty is studied.
This paper discusses the training goal, medium occupation school of mechanical and electrical technology application professional characteristics, basic characteristics and current situation of practical teaching of students, points out the practical application of secondary professional mechanical and electrical technology exist in teaching training single teaching content, practice teaching is not continuous, practical teaching and less teaching and more practice training teaching assessment unreasonable etc. to adapt to the modern mechanical and electrical technology training. According to the practical teaching problems in the work process oriented teaching theory, to explore the construction of the work process oriented teaching model, analyzes the relationship between the mechanical and electrical technology professional courses and training, emphasis on vocational training teaching of Electromechanical Technology application professional should pay attention to the working process. To change the practice teaching of "teaching" and "learning", the realization of students' knowledge and ability. Finally, in order to better integrate the school The electromechanical technology application professional mechanical processing based training course < > as an example, the actual processing plant products for the training project into practical teaching, the work process oriented teaching model, an example shows the work process oriented teaching mode of the implementation process.
The work process oriented teaching mode of vocational training professional mechanical and electrical technology has changed the traditional teaching methods and learning methods, the work is emphasized in the process of teaching contents, shorten the students' employment posts after the adaptation period, and gradually realize the seamless docking of schools and enterprises, to a crucial role in improving students' the Electromechanical Specialty in secondary vocational schools employment ability. The results of this study will further reform the curriculum for other professional school training to provide reference.
