【摘要】：高校教师是我国培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的主导力量。教师对学生不仅仅是传授科学文化知识，还承担着重要的育人任务。高职高专青年教师是高校教师队伍中的重要组成部分，作为年轻一代的教育工作者，是教育目标的实施者和知识的传授者。他们的政治思想、道德品质、性格情感、科学文化素质、治学精神和工作态度，都会潜移默化地影响着当代大学生。经过长期的理论研究与实践探索，我国高校教师思想政治工作积累了宝贵的经验，取得了快速发展和丰硕成果。而高职高专青年教师的特征和成因的多样性，使这一群体的思想政治工作变得较为复杂。为正确认识、高度重视青年教师的思想政治工作，提高理论水平和工作实效，论文既综合分析了国内外学者的研究成果，，又借鉴了国外的实践经验。针对当前我国高职高专青年教师思想政治工作的现状和存在的问题，归纳出了其特征，剖析了主客观方面的成因，积极探寻，形成了全方位、深层次的思考和认识。着重从五个方面探讨了高职高专青年教师思想政治工作的对策：一是进行制度创新，建立健全工作的配套机制和激励机制，坚持“以人为本”，把解决思想问题与解决实际问题紧密结合起来，鼓励青年教师不断取得新的进步；二是加强阵地创新，将传统的教育活动阵地和高科技信息化媒介有机的结合起来，不断拓宽青年教师思想政治工作的主渠道；三是探讨方式创新，从学生思想政治教育工作、教师自身职业生涯规划、党务工作和社会实践等方面多层次多角度思考，积极探寻与青年教师思想政治工作相契合的完美结合点，增强工作的实效性；四是进行文化活动创新，开展广大青年教师喜闻乐见、丰富多彩的文体活动，通过活动来激励青年教师健康、快乐、幸福的成长；五是加强队伍建设创新，建立专兼职思想政治工作队伍和网络思想政治工作队伍，加强理论研究，大胆实践，深入挖掘教育资源，充分发挥团队的优势和战斗力。力求通过深入研究和摸索，切实将高职高专青年教师的思想政治工作落到实处。
[Abstract]:College teachers are the leading force to train the constructors and successors of the socialist cause in our country. The teachers do not only impart scientific and cultural knowledge to the students. The young teachers in higher vocational colleges are an important part of the teaching staff of colleges and universities, and they are the educators of the young generation. Their political thought, moral quality, character and emotion, scientific and cultural quality, academic spirit and work attitude will all influence the contemporary college students imperceptibly. After a long period of theoretical research and practical exploration, the ideological and political work of college teachers in China has accumulated valuable experience, achieved rapid development and fruitful results, while the characteristics and causes of the diversity of young teachers in higher vocational colleges. The ideological and political work of this group has become more complicated. In order to understand correctly, we should attach great importance to the ideological and political work of young teachers, and improve the theoretical level and the actual effect of the work. The thesis not only synthetically analyzes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, but also draws lessons from foreign practical experience. In view of the current situation and existing problems of ideological and political work of young teachers in higher vocational colleges in China, this paper sums up its characteristics, analyzes the causes of subjective and objective aspects, and actively explores and forms a comprehensive approach. Deep thinking and understanding. This paper probes into the countermeasures of the ideological and political work of the young teachers in higher vocational colleges from five aspects: first, carry on the system innovation, establish and perfect the supporting mechanism and incentive mechanism of the work. Adhere to "people-oriented", solve ideological problems and solve practical problems together closely to encourage young teachers to continue to make new progress; Second, strengthen the innovation of the position, combine the traditional educational activities with the high-tech information media organically, and expand the main channels of the ideological and political work of the young teachers; The third is to explore ways of innovation, from the ideological and political education of students, teachers' own career planning, party work and social practice and other aspects of multi-level and multi-level thinking. Actively explore the perfect combination with the ideological and political work of young teachers to enhance the effectiveness of the work; Fourth, carry on the cultural activity innovation, develop the broad masses of young teachers like to see, rich and colorful sports activities, through the activities to encourage young teachers to healthy, happy and happy growth; Fifth, it is necessary to strengthen the team building and innovation, to establish full-time ideological and political work teams and network ideological and political work teams, to strengthen theoretical research, to practice boldly, and to tap educational resources in depth. We should give full play to the superiority and combat effectiveness of the team and make every effort to carry out the ideological and political work of the young teachers in higher vocational colleges through in-depth research and exploration.
