工作室教学模式在高职新闻采编与制作专业的应用研究

【摘要】：媒体的日益发展对媒体从业人员的素养提出了全新的要求,新媒体、自媒体的蓬勃发展,使得采访、编辑、受众管理等传播活动发生了很大的变化,各媒体机构中的相关部门、岗位也随之进行了改革,一些新的部门和岗位出现,媒体从业人员的工作内容和方式也发生了很大的变化,相应的人才需求也在不断调整。新的人才素养需求呼唤新的人才培养模式。本研究针对目前我国新闻教育中存在的问题,结合职业教育中关于学生综合职业能力素养的界定,分析了新闻采编与制作专业的学生综合能力结构,从而确定了本专业的培养目标,并在工作室教学模式的应用上进行了有益的探索。通过文献调查,发现我国关于工作室教学模式的研究大多在艺术设计领域,并且大部分还停留在理论层面。新闻采编与制作专业工作室教学模式的研究很少,仅有的几篇也是停留在理论层面,具体而系统的应用研究很少。本研究以建构主义理论、人本主义理论、多元智能理论、杜威的“做中学”理论为指导,通过信息检索和问卷调查,明确了目前传媒行业对新闻人才的需求状况,结合当下关于“关键能力”的理念,确定了新闻采编与制作专业学生的基本素养、关键能力和专业能力,从而制定了本专业的培养目标,创建了工作室教学模式下的课程体系,搭建了工作室教学平台,设计了针对学生综合能力培养的项目任务。通过对学生学习风格及多元智能的调查,引导学生进入不同的工作室,在工作中完成学习活动。实践表明,工作室教学模式在新闻采编与制作专业是可行的,并且是目前新闻高职教育中行之有效的教学模式。
[Abstract]:The growing development of the media has put forward a new requirement to the quality of media practitioners. The vigorous development of new media, since the media, make the communication activities such as interview, editing, audience management have changed a lot. Various media organizations in the relevant departments, posts have also been reformed, some new departments and posts appeared, the media practitioners work content and way has also changed a lot. The corresponding talent demand is also constantly adjusted. The new talent literacy demand calls for a new talent training model. This study aims at the existing problems in journalism education in China. Combined with the definition of students' comprehensive vocational competence in vocational education, this paper analyzes the structure of students' comprehensive competence in news editing and production, and determines the training goal of this major. Through the literature survey, we find that most of the research on studio teaching model in China is in the field of art design. And most of them remain at the theoretical level. News editing and production professional studio teaching model research is very few, only a few articles are also staying in the theoretical level. This study is guided by constructivism, humanism, multiple intelligences, and Dewey's theory of "doing learning" through information retrieval and questionnaire survey. This paper clarifies the demand for news talents in the media industry at present, and defines the basic accomplishment, key ability and professional ability of the students majoring in news editing and production in combination with the concept of "key competence" at present. In order to establish the training goal of this major, the course system under the studio teaching mode is established, and the studio teaching platform is built. Through the investigation of students' learning style and multiple intelligences, it can guide students into different studios and complete learning activities in their work. Studio teaching mode is feasible in news editing and production specialty, and it is an effective teaching mode in journalism higher vocational education at present.
