高职院校兼职教师队伍建设与管理之研究

【摘要】:当前,高等职业教育在国内发展较为迅速,在发展过程中,也存在一些影响高等教育质量的问题,如何建设管理好一支与高等职业教育发展相匹配的兼职教师队伍是其中较为突出的一个问题。笔者以高职院校兼职教师队伍为研究对象,对此进行了相关的分析研究。 全文共分为四个部分。在第一部分绪论中,笔者认为高职院校兼职教师队伍建设与管理面临着数量调控和兼职教师量保障的双重难题,这一课题的研究在理论和实践上都有着积极意义,并在梳理国内外相关研究现状基础上,对相关概念进行了界定,提出了研究思路。第二部分,分析了湖南省兼职教师队伍建设与管理的现状,归纳了湖南省兼职教师队伍建设与管理基本特点,总结了湖南省兼职教师队伍建设与管理经验,指出了当前湖南省兼职教师队伍建设与管理中存在的一些问题。第三部分分析了高职院校兼职教师队伍建设与管理的相关法律政策,笔者先对国家现有相关法律法规政策进行评价,并对如何完善提出了一些建议;其次,对高职院校兼职教师队伍建设与管理的有关政策进行了分析归纳,认为高职院校在兼职教师队伍建设管理上存在着建设目标较高、选聘条件模糊、选聘程序复杂、承担职责较重、管理考核较多、薪酬待遇偏低、人文关怀不够等特点。第四部分从国家、高职院校、企业和兼职教师四个方面提出了高职院校兼职教师队伍建设与管理工作改进的思路与对策,提出国家应该完善宏观政策保障体系,高职院校应该健全自身政策与制度,企业应增强校企合作意识,兼职教师应努力提高自身综合素质。
[Abstract]:At present, higher vocational education is developing rapidly in our country. In the process of development, there are also some problems that affect the quality of higher education. How to build and manage a contingent of part-time teachers matching the development of higher vocational education is a more prominent problem. The author takes part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges as the research object. The related analysis and research are carried out. The thesis is divided into four parts. In the introduction of the first part, the author thinks that the construction and management of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges are faced with the dual problems of quantity control and part-time teacher quantity guarantee. The research of this topic has positive significance in theory and practice, and on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign related research status, the related concepts are defined, and the research ideas are put forward. This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction and management of part-time teachers in Hunan Province, summarizes the basic characteristics of the construction and management of part-time teachers in Hunan Province, and summarizes the experience in the construction and management of part-time teachers in Hunan Province. This paper points out some problems existing in the construction and management of part-time teachers in Hunan Province. The third part analyzes the related laws and policies on the construction and management of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges. First, the author evaluates the existing laws and regulations of the country, and puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect them. Secondly, the author analyzes and summarizes the policies of the construction and management of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges, and concludes that the higher vocational colleges have higher construction objectives and vague selection and employment conditions in the construction and management of part-time teachers. The selection and employment procedure is complex, the responsibility is heavy, the management examination is more, the salary is on the low side, the humanities concern is not enough and so on. 4th part from the country, the higher vocational college. Four aspects of enterprises and part-time teachers put forward the ideas and countermeasures to improve the construction and management of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges and put forward that the state should improve the macro policy guarantee system. Higher vocational colleges should improve their own policies and systems, enterprises should strengthen the sense of cooperation between schools and enterprises, part-time teachers should strive to improve their comprehensive quality.
