高等职业院校师资队伍建设问题研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济发展不断加快,产业结构不断调整,高等职业教育的重要性和战略意义日益凸显。现阶段,我国的高等职业教育发展进入了一个关键时期:规模扩张和广泛建设虽初步满足了市场在产业结构、职业岗位结构的调整过程中对高技能、高层系实用人才的需求;但传统人才体系建设模式的缺陷又成为多数高职院校特色办学的瓶颈,导致其无法实现“战略式发展”。当前,我国高等职业院校人才体系即师资队伍建设模式已不能适应高职院校的发展要求,存在资格标准较低,,实践能力不强,学历层次较低,培训力度欠缺,考核机制不完善,教师稳定性不足,“双师型”师资队伍建设未收到成效等问题。寻求高等职业教育科学发展,必然选择就是抓住人才建设这一重要因素,改变高职院校原有较落后的师资队伍建设模式,借鉴国外先进经验,树立经营人才的新理念,使高等职业教育真正做到优化高等教育结构,培养高技能应用型人才,服务于高速发展的市场经济。 在阐述高等职业教育、高等职业院校、高等职业教育及高等职业院校办学定位、“双师型”师资等基本概念和当前我国高职院校师资队伍构成及建设重要意义的基础上,结合我国高职院校师资队伍建设实际情况,借鉴国外成熟管理经验,通过分析研究、列举实证、多方对比的方法,提出高等职业院校师资队伍建设的对策——在高等职业院校树立经营人才的理念,通过树立识人、用人、育人、留人的理念建设“双师型”师资队伍,收到切实效果。这也是需要我们通过深入的理论研究和更多的实践探索而长期关注一个课题。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic development and the adjustment of industrial structure, the importance and strategic significance of higher vocational education are becoming increasingly prominent. The development of higher vocational education in our country has entered a critical period: the expansion of scale and extensive construction have initially met the needs of the market in the process of adjustment of industrial structure and vocational post structure. The demand for practical talents in high-level departments; However, the defects of the traditional talent system construction mode have become the bottleneck of the characteristic running of most higher vocational colleges, which leads to its inability to realize the "strategic development". The talent system of higher vocational colleges in China, that is, the construction mode of teachers' team, can not meet the development requirements of higher vocational colleges. The qualification standard is low, the practical ability is not strong, the level of academic qualifications is low, and the intensity of training is lacking. The evaluation mechanism is imperfect, the teacher stability is insufficient, the "double qualified" teacher team construction has not received the effect and so on. To seek the scientific development of higher vocational education, the inevitable choice is to grasp the important factor of talent construction. To change the original backward teaching staff construction mode of higher vocational colleges, learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries, set up a new concept of management talents, so that higher vocational education can truly optimize the structure of higher education. Cultivate high-skill applied talents to serve the high-speed development of the market economy. In the elaboration of higher vocational education, higher vocational colleges, higher vocational education and the orientation of higher vocational colleges and universities. On the basis of the basic concept of "double-qualified" teachers and the important significance of the construction of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges in our country at present, combined with the actual situation of the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges in our country, we can learn from the mature management experience of foreign countries. Through the analysis of research, enumeration of empirical, multi-comparative methods, put forward the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities to build up the concept of management talent, through the establishment of people, personnel, education. The idea of retaining people to build a "double-qualified" teaching staff has achieved practical results, which also requires us to pay long-term attention to a subject through in-depth theoretical research and more practical exploration.
