茶道精神在高职院校德育工作中的应用探讨

【摘要】：在我国高职院校迅猛发展和社会竞争日趋加大的背景下,高职院校的德育工作也越来越受到全社会的普遍重视。从教学实际中看,很多高职院校把绝大部分精力投入到了对学生的专业技能教学上,却轻视了对他们在德育方面的引导和教育,这就让不少高职院校的学生在德育方面出现了诸多偏差。而在这一问题上,我国茶文化所蕴含的茶道精神,不仅具有深厚的历史文化底蕴和深奥的哲学思想,也有着以"礼、和、真、静"为思想内核的德育功能,把茶道精神注入到高职院校的德育工作中,能够大大提升学校德育工作的内涵和水平,有利于更好地提高高职院校学生的人文修养和道德水准。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid development of higher vocational colleges and increasing social competition, moral education in higher vocational colleges has been paid more and more attention by the whole society. Many higher vocational colleges devote most of their energy to the teaching of students' professional skills, but despise their guidance and education in moral education. This makes many students in higher vocational colleges in the moral education has many deviations, and on this issue, the tea culture in our country contains the spirit of tea ceremony, not only has a profound historical and cultural heritage and profound philosophical thoughts. It also has the function of moral education with "propriety, harmony, truth and quiet" as the core of the thought. It can greatly enhance the connotation and level of moral education in higher vocational colleges by injecting the spirit of tea ceremony into the moral education work of higher vocational colleges. It is beneficial to improve the humanistic cultivation and moral standard of the students in higher vocational colleges.
