高职院校人文素质教育优化研究

【摘要】:人文素质教育就是通过多种教育途径,把人类优秀的道德品质和人文科学知识转化为学生内在人格气质的一种教育理念。高职院校开展人文素质教育对促进学生全面、健康发展,培养学生高尚道德情操具有重要意义。随着科学技术的不断发展,人类文明的不断进步,人文素质在科技创新中的作用越来越重要。但高职院校在开展人文素质教育的过程中仍存在着不少问题,很多职业院校为了迎合市场对专业技能人才的需求,只注重对学生专业知识的培养而忽视了学生的人文素质教育,从而导致学生整体的人文素质状况不容乐观,人文精神缺失。在此形势下,如果不注重学生人文素质的培养,高职院校培养出来的学生就不能适应国家和社会对人才的需求。 就上述情况,笔者在经过大量问卷调查研究的基础上并结合国内和国外相关的研究经验和成果,对当前高职院校学生人文素质教育进行探析。论文由四个部分的内容组成,在研究过程中分别采用了:现状与问卷调查、文献分析、比较研究等方法。文章的第一部分是导论部分,主要从研究的相关背景、研究的目的意义、概念界定、还有国内外研究现状等几个方面作概述。第二部分是高职院校开展人文素质教育的必要性,主要从社会经济发展、学生人格培养、高职办学特色、社会道德问题等方面阐述其重要性。第三部分是高职院校人文素质教育的现状与存在的问题,主要通过问卷调查与访谈等方法了解高职院校学生人文素质教育现状,针对不同问题的调查问卷做具体分析。第四部分是优化当前高职院校人文素质教育体系的对策研究,针对第三章调查中存在的各种问题提出具体的可行性对策。 总而言之,加强学生人文素质教育是二十一世纪高等教育的目标,也是全面建设高科技社会发展的必然要求。
[Abstract]:Humanistic quality education is through a variety of educational channels. It is a kind of educational idea to transform the excellent moral quality of human beings and the knowledge of humanities science into the students' inner personality temperament. The development of humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges will promote the students' all-round and healthy development. It is of great significance to cultivate students' noble moral sentiment. With the continuous development of science and technology, the progress of human civilization. Humanistic quality plays an increasingly important role in scientific and technological innovation. However, there are still many problems in the process of carrying out humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges, and many vocational colleges cater to the market demand for professional and skilled personnel. Only pay attention to the cultivation of students' professional knowledge and ignore the humanistic quality education of students, thus leading to the overall humanistic quality of students is not optimistic, lack of humanistic spirit. In this situation. If we do not pay attention to the cultivation of students' humanistic quality, the students trained in higher vocational colleges will not be able to meet the needs of the country and society for talents. On the basis of a large number of questionnaire surveys, the author combines the relevant domestic and foreign research experience and results. This paper is composed of four parts, which are used in the research process: status quo and questionnaire survey, literature analysis. The first part of the article is the introduction, mainly from the relevant background of the study, the purpose of the study significance, the definition of the concept. The second part is the necessity of carrying out humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges, mainly from the social and economic development, student personality training, the characteristics of higher vocational education. The third part is the current situation and existing problems of humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges. Mainly through questionnaires and interviews and other methods to understand the current situation of humanistic quality education of students in higher vocational colleges. The 4th part is the countermeasures to optimize the humanistic quality education system in higher vocational colleges. In the third chapter, some feasible countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems existing in the investigation. In a word, it is the goal of higher education in 21th century to strengthen the humanistic quality education of students, and it is also the inevitable requirement for the development of high-tech society in an all-round way.
