基于协同学理论的职业院校工匠精神培育

【摘要】：工匠精神培育是"大国工匠"培养的重要组成部分。为了更好地理解和强化工匠精神培育,职业院校应从协同学角度研究工匠精神培育,分析工匠精神培育与协同学的耦合性以及工匠精神培育的协同学特征,通过养成教育、体验教育、实践教育"三育"协同的工匠精神培育新路径,加强工匠精神锻造,推动"制造强国"建设,促进经济社会持续发展。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of craftsman spirit is an important part of the cultivation of "great country craftsmen". In order to better understand and strengthen the cultivation of craftsman spirit, vocational colleges should study the cultivation of craftsman spirit from the angle of Synergetics. This paper analyzes the coupling between the spirit cultivation of craftsmen and Synergetics and the synergetic characteristics of the cultivation of artisans' spirit. Through the cultivation of education, experience education and practical education, a new way of cultivating the spirit of artisans who cooperate with the "three educations" is proposed. Strengthen craftsman spirit forging, promote "manufacturing power" construction, promote economic and social sustainable development.
