城镇化进程中的职业教育校企文化对接研究

【摘要】：《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》的基本原则中明确提出,同步规划职业教育与经济社会发展,协调推进人力资源开发与技术进步,推动教育教学改革与产业转型升级衔接配套。突出职业院校办学特色,强化校企协同育人。这一要求是在面临深化改革和产业转型升级的时代背景下提出的,强调了职业教育与企业相互合作的重要作用。特别是处于城镇化发展的今天,职业教育期待长足发展,企业面临转型升级,虽然校企合作的形式不断变化、内容逐步深入,但如何使校企合作的目的落到实处、对接层面得以提升、融合时期得以长久,正是目前我国职业教育校企合作中需要深入研究的问题,同时也是制约校企合作进程中职教生质量培养的关键问题所在。本文从职业院校的外部环境、内部专业构建和学生培养三方面入手探究校企文化对接模式。依据学校与企业二者的文化变迁理论,调和两者的文化冲突,力求从横向上的文化拓宽和纵向上的专业深入培养适应社会快速发展的“T”型人才。经过分析与实践构建了校企文化对接模型,该模型对于解决当前职业教育校企文化对接过程中出现的对接目标不明确、对接层次不高的问题具有重要意义。职业教育校企文化对接,是职业教育校企合作的深层次发展问题,从文化角度渗入具有重要的意义。并且学术界对职业教育校企文化对接方向也分阶段进行了大量的研究。因而在本研究过程中,为了了解最新的相关研究动向,首先通过文献研究法,查阅了大量的相关书籍、检索了大量的文献资料,从国内、外两个方面进行了相关阐释。希望通过对资料的大量查阅、信息的分类汇总、相关技术的运用从而使文章得到充分的论证。此外,在查阅大量文献的基础上,本文还辅以了历史法研究法,用历史的眼光梳理和总结前人对此论题的研究成果,吸取前人的经验,并通过借鉴国外职业教育校企合作的成功经验,结合本国实情,从而归纳总结出相关的职业教育校企文化对接策略,从而指导实践以及进一步的研究。本研究认为,职业院校和企业的深层次文化对接是校企结合的关键。应该从企业文化与校园文化的关系中探索其相互联系的纽带,从而找准对接关键点,逐层深入、全方位推进,形成良性的校企文化对接模式。
[Abstract]:In the basic principles of the "decision of the State Council on speeding up the Development of Modern Vocational Education," it is clearly stated that the planning of vocational education and economic and social development should be synchronized, and the development of human resources and technological progress should be promoted in a coordinated manner. To promote the education and teaching reform and industrial transformation and upgrading, highlight the characteristics of vocational colleges and universities, and strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises to educate people, this requirement is in the face of deepening reform and industrial transformation and upgrading of the background of the times. It emphasizes the important role of mutual cooperation between vocational education and enterprises, especially in the development of urbanization today, vocational education is looking forward to rapid development, enterprises are facing transformation and upgrading, although the form of cooperation between schools and enterprises is constantly changing. Content gradually in-depth, but how to achieve the purpose of school-enterprise cooperation, docking level can be promoted, the integration of a long period of time, is the current vocational education cooperation between schools and enterprises needs in-depth research. At the same time, it is also the key problem that restricts the quality training of vocational education students in the process of cooperation between schools and enterprises. Based on the theory of cultural change between school and enterprise, the author tries to reconcile the cultural conflict between school and enterprise by three aspects: the construction of internal specialty and the cultivation of students. This paper tries to cultivate "T" talents who adapt to the rapid development of society from horizontal cultural broadening and vertical professional development. Through analysis and practice, the paper constructs a model of the docking of school and enterprise culture. This model is of great significance to solve the problem that the docking goal is not clear and the docking level is not high in the process of the current vocational education school and enterprise culture docking. It is the deep level development problem of the cooperation between school and enterprise in vocational education. From the perspective of culture infiltration is of great significance. And the academic community has also carried out a large number of research on the orientation of the docking of school and enterprise culture in vocational education. Therefore, in the course of this research, in order to understand the latest research trends. First of all, through the literature research method, consulted a large number of relevant books, retrieval of a large number of literature materials, from the domestic, external two aspects of the relevant interpretation. Hope through a large number of reference to the data, information classification and summary. In addition, on the basis of consulting a large number of documents, this article is supplemented by the historical law research method. With the historical perspective to comb and summarize the previous research on this topic, draw on the previous experience, and by learning from the successful experience of foreign schools and enterprises in vocational education, combined with the facts of our country. In order to sum up the relevant vocational education school and enterprise culture docking strategy, so as to guide the practice and further research. The deep level cultural docking between vocational colleges and enterprises is the key to the combination of school and enterprise. We should explore the link between them from the relationship between enterprise culture and campus culture, so as to find the key points of docking and go deeper. All-round promotion, the formation of a benign school-enterprise culture docking mode.
