绿色技能开发:国际组织的理念、政策和行动

【摘要】：在绿色经济的发展要求下,开发绿色技能成为国际职业教育发展的重要趋势。以UNESCO、欧盟、OECD等为代表的国际组织通过召开相关会议、发布研究报告及政策建议等形式不断推动绿色技能理念和实践的发展,促进绿色技能逐步从思想和理念层面落实到具体的战略设计和政策行动中,对于世界各国的绿色技能开发实践产生了深刻影响。从国际组织关于绿色技能开发的相关理念和行动来看,其着眼点集中在如下方面:绿色技能及绿化职业教育是绿色经济发展关键要素,必须把培养绿色技能作为未来职业教育发展的重要维度;绿色技能开发需要形成与绿色经济发展和绿色就业相适应的综合性政策和战略;在绿色技能开发中,职业教育体系及机构要从绿色经济、绿色产业和绿色就业发展的需求出发,采取综合性的实践路径。
[Abstract]:At the request of the development of green economy, developing green skills has become an important trend in the development of international vocational education. International organizations, such as UNESCO, EU and OECD, have convened relevant meetings. The publication of research reports and policy recommendations has continuously promoted the development of the concept and practice of green skills, and promoted the implementation of green skills from the level of ideas and concepts to specific strategic design and policy actions. Has had a profound impact on the practice of green skills development around the world. From the perspective of the relevant ideas and actions of international organizations on the development of green skills, It focuses on the following aspects: green skills and greening vocational education are the key elements of green economy development, we must take the cultivation of green skills as an important dimension of the development of vocational education in the future; In the development of green skills, vocational education system and institutions should proceed from the needs of green economy, green industry and green employment. Take a comprehensive approach to practice.
