【摘要】：高职院校在培养专业人才的过程中,需要紧密结合社会发展的现实情况,从社会和市场需求入手,开设相关的专业课程。高职院校针对旅游专业开设茶艺课程,能够促进旅游专业的学生对茶艺相关的知识进行充分有效的掌握,从而帮助学生们将其有效应用到今后旅游方面的工作当中,这对于高职院校培养出一大批的优秀高素质人才具有十分重要的影响。本文主要是从高职院校旅游专业开设茶艺课程的必要性入手,针对高职院校旅游专业茶艺课程的相关情况进行全面细致的分析和说明,并通过调查对高职院校旅游专业茶艺课程开设效果进行介绍。
[Abstract]:In the process of cultivating professional talents, higher vocational colleges should closely combine the reality of social development, start with the social and market demand, set up related specialized courses. It can promote the students of tourism major to master tea art knowledge fully and effectively, so as to help students effectively apply it to the future tourism work. This has a very important influence on the cultivation of a large number of excellent and high-quality talents in higher vocational colleges. This paper mainly starts with the necessity of offering tea arts courses for tourism majors in higher vocational colleges. This paper makes a comprehensive and detailed analysis and explanation on the related situation of tea arts courses of tourism major in higher vocational colleges and introduces the effect of tea arts courses in tourism major in higher vocational colleges through investigation.
