新型城镇化进程中农村职业教育发展论析

【摘要】：新型城镇化以统筹城乡一体化为发展模式,打破城乡二元结构弊端,是我国农村社会经济发展的新战略、新手段。它要求必须提高农民现代化水平、提升农民职业素质、培养“新型职业农民”、加大农村剩余劳动力转移力度。对此,必须深入分析我国经济社会发展趋势,把握农村职业教育发展新机遇,重新调整农村职业教育人才培养方向,加大构建多层次的农村职业教育人才培训体系,推进学员、学校、企业“三位一体”农村职业教育人才培养模式,对提高人才培养质量、提升服务“三农”水平、缓解农村劳动力供需结构矛盾,促进新型城镇化建设健康、协调、可持续发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:It is a new strategy and a new means for the development of rural society and economy to take the integration of urban and rural areas as a development model to break the malpractice of urban-rural dual structure, which requires the improvement of farmers' modernization level and their professional quality. In order to cultivate "new-type professional peasants" and increase the transfer of surplus rural labor force, we must deeply analyze the trend of economic and social development in our country, grasp the new opportunities for the development of rural vocational education, and readjust the direction of talent training in rural vocational education. Strengthen the construction of multi-level rural vocational education personnel training system, promote students, schools, enterprises "trinity" rural vocational education personnel training model, to improve the quality of talent training, improve the service "three rural" level, It is of great significance to alleviate the contradiction between the supply and demand structure of rural labor force and to promote the construction of new urbanization in a healthy, coordinated and sustainable way.
