上海市中等职业学校教师工作满意度对离职意愿的影响研究

【摘要】：近几年，上海的中职教育发展迅速，上海市中等职业学校教师队伍的建设也成为教育系统所关注的问题。随着上海市中等职业学校生源情况的变化，职校教师在学生的德育、职业生涯规划指导等方面的难度提高了，在教学与德育方面中等职业学校教师面临着更大的压力，中职教师队伍的稳定性也面临着考验。本论文在研究过程中，首先以文献研究为理论基础，参照国内外比较成熟的测量量表，设计编制了上海市中等职业学校教师工作满意度量表、上海市中等职业学校教师职业承诺量表和上海市中等职业学校教师离职意愿量表。在上海市13所中等职业学校进行问卷调查，获得101份有效调查问卷。通过对调查问卷数据的统计分析，研究上海市中等职业学校教师工作满意度、职业承诺与离职意愿之间的相关关系。最后，本研究根据理论研究和实证研究结果，对研究结果进行了讨论，，并对稳定上海市中等职业学校师资队伍，提高中职教师工作满意度提出了对策建议。国内关于中职教师工作满意度对离职意愿的影响研究较少，关于上海市中等职业学校教师工作满意度对离职意愿的影响研究几乎还是空白，本文研究上海市中等职业学校教师工作满意度对离职意愿的影响，弥补了这方面研究的空白，有一定的创新。
[Abstract]:In recent years, secondary vocational education in Shanghai has developed rapidly, and the construction of teachers in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai has become an issue of concern to the education system. The difficulty of career planning guidance has been increased, and the teachers of secondary vocational schools are facing more pressure in teaching and moral education, and the stability of secondary vocational school teachers is also facing the test. In the course of the research, first of all, based on the literature research and referring to the relatively mature measurement scale at home and abroad, the Shanghai Secondary Vocational School Teachers' Job satisfaction scale is designed and compiled. Shanghai Secondary Vocational School Teachers' Professional commitment scale and Shanghai Secondary Vocational School Teachers' turnover intention scale. A questionnaire survey was conducted in 13 secondary vocational schools in Shanghai. 101 valid questionnaires were obtained. Through the statistical analysis of questionnaire data, the correlation among job satisfaction, career commitment and turnover intention of teachers in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai was studied. Finally, based on the theoretical and empirical results, this study discusses the results of the study, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to stabilize the teaching staff of secondary vocational schools in Shanghai and to improve the job satisfaction of secondary vocational school teachers. There are few studies on the impact of secondary vocational school teachers' job satisfaction on turnover intention, but there is almost no research on the impact of secondary vocational school teachers' job satisfaction on turnover intention. This paper studies the effect of teachers' job satisfaction on turnover intention in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai.
