顺德职业教育改革中的治理工具运用研究

【摘要】：顺德在职业教育改革进程中运用了大量治理工具。在治理工具的运用过程中,顺德的经验一是多管齐下,综合运用各类治理工具推进职业教育改革;二是软硬兼施,推动职业教育改革目标的实现;三是新旧融合,积极拓展治理工具的应用。借鉴顺德经验,我国地方政府可以通过推动治理工具从单一向多元转变、积极引入社会化、市场化等软工具、积极采用和创造新工具等三个方面推进职业教育治理工具的应用与发展。
[Abstract]:Shunde has used a large number of governance tools in the process of vocational education reform. In the process of using governance tools, Shunde's experience is to comprehensively use all kinds of governance tools to promote vocational education reform. Promoting the realization of the goal of vocational education reform; third, integrating the old and the new, actively expanding the application of governance tools. Drawing lessons from Shunde's experience, our local governments can actively introduce socialization by promoting the transformation of governance tools from a single to a pluralistic one. Market-oriented soft tools and actively adopt and create new tools to promote the application and development of vocational education governance tools.
