基于产教深度融合的高职人才培养模式改革研究

【摘要】：产教融合的教育模式在我国职业教育中得到了快速推广,开辟了职业教育的新模式。笔者介绍了产教融合的高职人才培养理论内涵、特征,我国高职产教融合人才培养模式,论述了产教融合高职人才培养模式的优势与难点。高职院校应转变思想并提高社会服务意识,政府构建全新办学体制,企业构建全新经营理念,为产教融合模式创新提供有利条件。
[Abstract]:The educational model of the integration of industry and education has been rapidly popularized in vocational education in China, and a new mode of vocational education has been opened up. The author introduces the theoretical connotation and characteristics of the integration of industry and education, and the mode of cultivating talents of the integration of industry and education in our country. This paper discusses the advantages and difficulties of the talent training mode of the integration of production and teaching in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should change their ideas and improve their consciousness of social service, the government should build a new system for running schools, and enterprises should build new management concepts. It provides favorable conditions for innovation of integration mode of industry and education.
