中外职业教育校企合作制度比较研究

【摘要】：校企合作作为产学研合作教育的主要形式,在提升教育质量、为社会经济发展提供人力支撑过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。德国、日本和美国的职业教育较早地开始了校企合作的实践,积累了丰富的经验。本文通过梳理我国与上述3个国家校企合作制度的异同,探索我国校企合作制度未来发展方向。
[Abstract]:School-enterprise cooperation, as the main form of industry-university-research cooperative education, plays an irreplaceable role in improving the quality of education and providing human support for social and economic development. The vocational education of Japan and the United States started the practice of cooperation between school and enterprise earlier and accumulated rich experience. This paper explores the future development direction of the cooperation system of school and enterprise in our country by combing the similarities and differences between our country and the three countries mentioned above.
