基于职业实践的高职口腔医学技术专业课程改革

【摘要】：以深圳职业技术学院口腔医学技术专业探索基于产教融合和职业实践的专业课程改革为例,针对该新兴专业人才培养目标及核心要素不够清晰、能力结构不够合理、课程体系设计与课程内容不适应职业岗位要求、课程实施和评价方式不适应人才培养目标的难题,剖析了专业人才培养目标的核心要素,重构了专业课程体系和教学标准,推动了专业实践教学及教学评价、师资队伍建设等方面的一系列改革,探索出了一条以口腔医学技术专业为代表的相关医学专业课程建设的有效路径,实现了生物类相关医学教学体系与物理类相关医学教学体系的结合。对全国高职院校口腔医学技术等相关医学专业的人才培养具有一定指导意义和推广价值。
[Abstract]:Taking the stomatology major of Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College as an example to explore the reform of professional curriculum based on the integration of industry and teaching and professional practice, the training objectives and core elements of the new specialty are not clear enough, and the ability structure is not reasonable enough. The design of curriculum system and the contents of courses are not suitable for the demands of professional posts, the methods of curriculum implementation and evaluation are not suitable for the problems of personnel training goals, this paper analyzes the core elements of the training goals of professional talents, and reconstructs the professional curriculum system and teaching standards. It has promoted a series of reforms in professional practice teaching and teaching evaluation, teaching staff construction and so on, and has explored an effective path for the construction of relevant medical courses represented by the stomatology specialty. It has realized the combination of teaching system of biology related medicine and physics related medicine teaching system, and has certain guiding significance and popularizing value for personnel training of relevant medical specialty such as stomatology technology in higher vocational colleges of China.
