冷链物流企业生产实际教学案例库建设浅析

【摘要】：伴随着我国冷链物流的快速发展,社会对冷链物流技术与管理的人才需求也不断增加,我国高职院校冷链物流专业肩负着为社会培养大量懂技术、能操作、会管理的冷链物流技术技能型人才。文章结合我国高职院校冷链物流专业在实践教学中普遍存在的缺乏企业生产实际教学案例问题,通过对多个冷链物流企业的深度调研,收集了大量的冷链物流企业第一手资料,并围绕冷链物流企业生产实际和冷链物流专业核心课程教学实践,分析了冷链物流企业生产实际教学案例库建设背景、目标与意义,提出了案例库开发与建设的思路与方法、步骤与内容,并进一步探讨了案例库的成果与价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cold chain logistics in our country, the demand for talents in cold chain logistics technology and management is also increasing. The specialty of cold chain logistics in higher vocational colleges in our country is shouldering a great deal of knowledge of technology and can be operated for the society. Cold-chain logistics technical and technical talents who can be managed. This article combines the common problem of lack of practical teaching cases of enterprise production in the practical teaching of cold-chain logistics major in higher vocational colleges of our country, through the deep investigation of many cold-chain logistics enterprises. This paper collects a large number of firsthand information of cold chain logistics enterprises, and analyses the background, goal and significance of the case store construction of cold chain logistics enterprises' production practice and the core course teaching practice of cold chain logistics specialty. This paper puts forward the ideas and methods, steps and contents of the development and construction of the case base, and further discusses the results and value of the case base.
