河源地区中职卫校人才培养模式存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】:本研究旨在通过对河源地区河源市卫生学校和东源县卫生职业技术学校这2所学校的人才培养模式进行分析,找出河源地区中职卫生学校人才培养模式中存在的问题,探索改进人才培养模式的策略,,以期为河源地区中职卫生学校进行教育教学改革提供研究素材并作为政策出台的依据。 本论文采用提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的三段式写法。论文首先在前言中提出论文选题的原因,并界定“中等卫生职业学校”、“模式”与“人才培养模式”的概念;接着分析国内外关于中职卫生学校人才培养模式的研究成果;然后以河源市卫生学校和东源县卫生职业技术学校的部分学生和教师、珠三角和河源地区的部分医院、药店专家进行调查和访谈为例,分析河源地区中职卫生学校人才培养模式中存在的问题,然后找出出现这些问题的原因,最后提出解决这些问题的对策。 通过调查研究,发现广东省河源地区中职卫生学校人才培养模式中存在培养目标定位不够准确、专业设置没有与时俱进、课程体系不够成熟、培养途径不够充实、培养制度不够完善与贯彻不到位、培养评价不够科学等问题。提出的对策主要有四条。对策之一:重新定位培养目标;对策之二:优化培养过程;对策之三:完善培养制度;对策之四:创新培养评价。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to find out the problems existing in the talent training model of secondary vocational health schools in Heyuan area by analyzing the talent training models of Heyuan City Health School and Dongyuan County Health Vocational and Technical School. This paper explores the strategies of improving the training mode of talents in order to provide research materials for the educational and teaching reform of secondary vocational health schools in Heyuan area and serve as the basis for the promulgation of policies. This paper adopts the three-paragraph writing method of problem raising, analyzing and solving problems. Firstly, the paper puts forward the reasons of choosing the topic in the preface, and defines the concepts of "secondary health vocational school", "model" and "talent training model". Then it analyzes the domestic and foreign research results on the mode of personnel training in secondary vocational health schools, and then takes some students and teachers of Heyuan City Health School and Dongyuan County Health Vocational and Technical School, and some hospitals in the Pearl River Delta and Heyuan region. Drugstore experts investigated and interviewed for example, analyzed the problems existing in the talent training model of secondary vocational health schools in Heyuan area, then found out the causes of these problems, and finally put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems. Through the investigation and research, it is found that the training target orientation is not accurate enough, the specialty setting is not keeping pace with the times, the curriculum system is not mature enough and the training way is not sufficient in the training mode of secondary vocational health school in Heyuan area of Guangdong Province. The countermeasures put forward are as follows: one is to reorient the training target, the other is to optimize the training process, the third is to perfect the training system, and so on. Countermeasures IV: innovation training evaluation.
