成果导向专业能力指标权重分配的研究与实践

【摘要】：成果导向教育关注的重点是学生在学习历程结束后真正拥有的能力。笔者就基于成果导向教育理念下的专业能力指标权重分配路径进行深入研究,并以中药制药技术专业的专业能力指标权重分配过程为例,探讨并实践专业能力侧重点分析、专业能力权重分配、专业能力指标权重分配的基本原则及方法。
[Abstract]:The focus of results-oriented education is the ability that students really have after the end of their learning process. Taking the distribution process of professional competence index weight of traditional Chinese medicine technology specialty as an example, this paper discusses and practices the basic principles and methods of professional ability emphasis analysis, professional ability weight distribution and professional competence index weight distribution.
