【摘要】：职业教育是国家教育体系中的重要组成部分,它对社会经济发展和劳动就业的有着巨大的作用。自党中央实施振兴东北老工业基地战略以来,沈阳经济有了飞速发展。在辽宁沿海经济带开发开放上升为国家战略,沈阳经济区获批为国家新型工业化综合配套改革试验区的重大机遇期,给沈阳市中等职业教育发展提供了千载难逢的机遇。本文通过运用文献法和比较研究等方法,对沈阳市中等职业教育的发展进行了研究。具体内容如下：首先,对相关的理论和国内外对中等职业教育研究现状的综述,从国家、省、市三级层面详细阐述了我国中等职业教育的研究情况,并对德国、日本、美国等发达国家有关中等职业教育的研究成果进行了阐述；其次,从政策、经济、社会文化、技术四个方面对沈阳市中等职业教育宏观发展环境进行了分析,并从中等职业教育的办学规模和结构、办学条件、教育经费的收入与支出、教育教学情况利用数据进行了比较研究。第三,利用SWOT分析法,分析了沈阳中等职业教育发展的优势与劣势、发展机遇与面临的挑战。第四,在前述分析基础上,提出沈阳市中等职业教育发展发展战略。并提出相应的战略措施。本文也将为沈阳市中等职业教育战略制定提供参考。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important part of the national education system, which plays an important role in social and economic development and labor and employment. Since the CPC Central Committee implemented the strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, Shenyang's economy has developed rapidly. The development and opening up of Liaoning's coastal economic belt has become a national strategy, and Shenyang's economic zone has been approved as a major opportunity period for the comprehensive reform of the new type of industrialization. To Shenyang secondary vocational education development provides a rare opportunity. This paper studies the development of secondary vocational education in Shenyang by using the methods of literature and comparative study. The specific contents are as follows:. First of all, to the related theory and the domestic and foreign summary of the secondary vocational education research status, from the national, provincial, municipal level elaborated the secondary vocational education research situation in China, and Germany, Japan, The research results of secondary vocational education in the United States and other developed countries are expounded. Secondly, this paper analyzes the macro development environment of secondary vocational education in Shenyang from four aspects: policy, economy, social culture and technology, and analyzes the scale and structure of secondary vocational education, the conditions of running a school, the income and expenditure of educational funds. This paper makes a comparative study on the situation of education and teaching by using data. Thirdly, using SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of secondary vocational education in Shenyang. In 4th, on the basis of the above analysis, the development strategy of secondary vocational education in Shenyang was put forward, and the corresponding strategic measures were put forward. This article will also provide the reference for Shenyang secondary vocational education strategy formulation.
