【摘要】：项目进度管理作为项目管理的一个重要组成部分,近年来在项目管理方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。通过科学合理的对软件开发项目进度进行管理,有利于有效节约时间,最大化的发挥软件开发项目管理的效能,从而提高软件的开发质量,降低开发成本。本文以项目进度管理的理论与方法为基础,以广西卫生职业技术学院管理信息系统开发项目进度管理为研究对象,通过分析项目的基本情况,以及项目原有进度计划和进度管理实施情况分析该校管理信息系统开发项目进度管理的过程,得知按原计划项目开发的前期阶段已经出现了一定滞后,并找出了该项目进度管理存在工期估算不合理、项目资源估算和资源处理不合理、对项目质量缺乏有效的控制管理、团队协作能力不强、对不确定因素欠考虑等主要问题。最后,有针对性的提出了在项目进度管理的后期,可以通过应用关键链技术优化项目进度计划、强化项目进度监控、做好合理的项目资源计划和资源管理、强化团队建设、充分考虑不确定因素对项目进度的影响等措施,进一步优化项目进度管理。本文的研究结论不仅对该校管理信息系统开发项目的进度管理工作做出了一些探索性的努力,同时对其他类似学校的同类项目进度管理工作也具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:As an important part of project management, project schedule management plays a more and more important role in project management in recent years. Maximize the effectiveness of software development project management to improve the quality of software development and reduce development costs. Based on the theory and method of project schedule management, this paper takes the management information system development project schedule management of Guangxi Medical Vocational and Technical College as the research object, through the analysis of the basic situation of the project. As well as the analysis of the original progress plan and schedule management implementation of the project, the process of project schedule management in the development of the management information system of the school has been learned that the early stage of the development of the project according to the original plan has been lagging behind to a certain extent. The paper also finds out that the project schedule management has unreasonable estimate of time limit, unreasonable estimation of project resources and disposal of resources, lack of effective control and management of project quality, and weak ability of team cooperation. Finally, it is pointed out that in the later stage of project schedule management, the key chain technology can be used to optimize the project schedule and strengthen the monitoring of project progress. In order to further optimize project schedule management, we should do a good job of project resource planning and resource management, strengthen team building, take full account of the influence of uncertain factors on project schedule and so on. The conclusion of this paper not only makes some exploratory efforts for the progress management of the management information system development project of the school, but also has certain reference significance to the similar project schedule management work of other similar schools.
