高职院校第二课堂活动的问题与改进建议

【摘要】:高职院校肩负着培养高素质技能型人才的使命。第二课堂活动主要是指通过有效的教学计划和课堂教学以及专业教育教学中的文化娱乐,知识培训,社会活动,是一种与传统课堂教学模式不同的新型教育方式,为第一课堂的教学内容进行有效地拓展与深化的同时,亦潜移默化地培养学生良好的性格修养和道德情操,拓宽学生的视野,提高学生的综合创新能力,丰富学生的课余生活,集聚着多样性、生动性、娱乐性、专业性、自发性、实践性等特点。高职院校应在第二课堂活动的建设方面不断加强力度,提升高职院校教学质量与学生素养。因此,如何有效促进高职院校第二课堂活动的开展是一个值得研究的课题。本文共分为四个部分:第一部分为引言部分,首先以全面提高高职院校学生综合能力的第二课堂为切入点,对第二课堂的概念进行了定义。其次,以高职院校学生为研究主题,通过强化对学生综合素质的培养,从第二课堂活动的研究来提高学生灵活运用知识技能的水平。基于对第一课堂与第二课堂关系的阐述,促进高校师资培养与教育水平提升,进而探究第二课堂对师生发展的积极性。第二部分通过研究高职院校开展第二课堂活动存在的问题,积极开展相关的调查研究,找出我国高职院校第二课堂存在的普遍问题。比如:高职院校对第二课堂教学重视不足,第二课堂活动中有效参与学生比例不多,第二课堂教学的师资力量较小。第三部分以发挥高职院校第二课堂作用的建议为着力点,通过转变第二课堂教育观念,优化教学管理水平,进一步建立以学生为中心的理念,强化教师队伍建设,打造第二课堂活动的教学资源共享平台,进而培养全面发展,高素质的创新人才。第四部分是文章的总结部分,强调完善第二课堂活动的基础研究,建立高职院校第二课堂活动的研究框架体系,从而形成主客观结合的独特视角与研究体系。第二课堂作为高职院校学生素质教育的一个重要平台,在摸索中发现问题,从而完善并解决问题,为高职院校营造适合学生素质能力全面发展的渠道,进而助推学生素质教育的健康发展。从多万面全面发展的高素质技能型人才。通过研究高校第二课堂活动等相关主题,试图为广大青年学子参与活动提供一些参考与借鉴,使其能够全方位认识和培养自身综合素质与能力。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges shoulder the mission of cultivating highly qualified skilled personnel. Second, classroom activities mainly refer to cultural entertainment, knowledge training, social activities in professional education and teaching through effective teaching plans and classroom teaching. It is a new type of education method which is different from the traditional classroom teaching mode. It expands and deepens the teaching content of the first classroom effectively, at the same time, it also imperceptibly cultivates the students' good character accomplishment and moral sentiment, and widens the students' vision. Improve students' comprehensive innovation ability, enrich students' after-school life, gather the characteristics of diversity, vitality, entertainment, professionalism, spontaneity, practicality, etc. Higher vocational colleges should constantly strengthen the construction of the second classroom activities. Therefore, how to effectively promote the development of the second classroom activities in higher vocational colleges is a topic worthy of study. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, Firstly, the concept of the second classroom is defined by the second classroom, which can improve the comprehensive ability of the students in higher vocational colleges. Secondly, taking the students of higher vocational colleges as the research theme, through strengthening the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality, Based on the analysis of the relationship between the first class and the second class, it can promote the cultivation of teachers and raise the level of education in colleges and universities, based on the research of the second classroom activity to improve the students' flexible application of knowledge and skills. And then explore the enthusiasm of the second classroom to the development of teachers and students. The second part through the study of the problems existing in the second classroom activities in higher vocational colleges, actively carry out related investigation and research. Find out the common problems existing in the second classroom of higher vocational colleges in our country. For example, the vocational colleges pay less attention to the second classroom teaching, and the proportion of students participating effectively in the second classroom activities is not large. The third part focuses on the suggestion of giving full play to the role of the second classroom in higher vocational colleges, by changing the concept of the second classroom education, optimizing the level of teaching management, and further establishing the student-centered concept. To strengthen the construction of teachers, to create a platform for sharing teaching resources in the second classroom activities, and to cultivate innovative talents with all-round development and high quality. Part 4th is the summary of the article, which emphasizes the improvement of the basic research of the second classroom activities. The research frame system of the second classroom activity in higher vocational colleges is established, thus forming a unique angle of view and research system of combining subjectivity and objectivity. As an important platform of quality education for students in higher vocational colleges, the second classroom finds problems in the exploration. In order to perfect and solve the problems, to create a suitable channel for the all-round development of students' quality and ability for higher vocational colleges, Then it can promote the healthy development of the quality education of students. Through the research on the related topics such as the second classroom activities in colleges and universities, this paper tries to provide some reference and reference for the young students to participate in the activities. So that it can fully understand and cultivate its own comprehensive quality and ability.
