高职建筑工程技术专业现代学徒制实训项目开发研究

【摘要】：泰州职业技术学院在"三段培养、协同育人"的现代学徒制培养模式下,基于缄默知识理论和当代建构主义理论,开发建筑工程技术专业现代学徒制实训项目。实训师资队伍建设和校企共建实训基地两项工作为实训项目开发创造了良好的基础。在学徒准备期、准学徒期和学徒期三个阶段分别完成"专项基础技能"、"综合实务技能"和"岗位工作技能"三个实训项目群。所开发的实训项目充分培养了学生的专业核心能力和专业拓展能力,相关做法可为其他院校提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:Taizhou Vocational and Technical College is based on the theory of tacit knowledge and contemporary constructivism under the modern apprenticeship training mode of "three stages of training, cooperation in educating people". The development of modern apprenticeship system training project of architectural engineering and technology specialty. The construction of teaching staff and the establishment of practical training base jointly by schools and enterprises have created a good foundation for the development of practical training projects, and during the apprenticeship preparation period, The three stages of quasi-apprenticeship and apprenticeship are "special basic skills", "integrated practical skills" and "job skills", respectively. And professional outreach, The relevant practices can provide useful reference for other colleges and universities.
