定州市职业技术教育中心“双师型”教师队伍现状研究

【摘要】:职业教育以学生就业为导向,以培养高素质的技能型应用人才为目标,更强调为地方经济和社会发展提供“零距离”服务。职业教育要着力培养学生的职业道德、职业技能和就业创业能力。这就要求职业学校的教师应将生产一线的生产工艺和技术要求作为重要的教学内容,采用教育与生产劳动相结合的工学结合的教学方式,注重提高学生的实践技能。这样,“双师型”教师队伍建设,就成为职业教育内涵建设的根本。但是,我国中等职业教育中,“双师型”教师数量缺口较大、专业素质不高、培养培训体系薄弱,,还不能完全适应新时期加快发展现代职业教育的需要。 随着国家对职业教育的重视和理论研究的深入,“双师型”教师队伍建设方面的研究,取得了丰富的研究成果,在一些国家级示范校建设过程中也积累了一些“双师型”教师队伍建设的成功经验。但是,与高等职业教育的研究相比,中等职业学校“双师型”教师队伍建设的研究还不够丰富,从现状入手有针对性地对“双师型”教师队伍建设的实践问题的探讨和分析还比较少见。 本文通过对定州市职业技术教育中心“双师型”教师队伍建设现状进行调查研究,对该校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的问题及成因进行了分析,并对该校“双师型”教师队伍建设提出了一些对策和建议。一是确立“双师型”教师的认证标准和培养制度;二是拓展“双师型”教师培训渠道,提升培训水平;三是严格师资引进,加强对兼职教师的管理;四是搭建平台,建设“双师型”教学团队。五是积极引导“双师型”教师注重学生的德育工作。希望能对学校的师资队伍建设提供具有参考价值的解决问题的对策;也能为中等职业学校“双师型”教师队伍建设这一理论研究提供一实际的例证。 本文的创新之处在于:一是强调进一步深化校企合作机制,在服务地方经济的同时,加强“双师型”教师队伍建设。二是强调对“双师型”教师的培养、培训和管理,关注“双师型”教师的专业化和自主发展。三是注重以学校为主导,以教师为主体,充分发挥教师的积极性,实现学校发展和教师个人发展的统一。四是积极引导“双师型”教师注重学生的德育工作,在对学生进行德育过程中,也能不断提升自身德育能力和素养,成为真正的“双师”。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is guided by students' employment, aims at cultivating high-quality skilled talents, and emphasizes providing "zero distance" services for local economic and social development. Vocational education should focus on fostering students' professional ethics. This requires the teachers of vocational schools to take the production technology and technical requirements of the production line as the important teaching contents, and adopt the teaching method of combining work and learning with the combination of education and production and labor. Pay attention to improving students' practical skills. In this way, the construction of "double-qualified" teachers is the foundation of the connotation construction of vocational education. However, in the secondary vocational education of our country, the number of "double-qualified" teachers is large, and the professional quality is not high. The training system is weak and can not fully meet the needs of speeding up the development of modern vocational education in the new period. With the national attention to vocational education and the deepening of theoretical research, the research on the construction of "double-qualified" teachers has made rich research results. In the process of building some national model schools, some successful experiences have been accumulated in the construction of "double qualified" teachers. However, compared with the research of higher vocational education, The research on the construction of "double qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools is not rich enough. It is rare to discuss and analyze the practical problems of the construction of "double qualified" teachers from the point of view of the present situation. Based on the investigation and research on the present situation of the construction of "double qualified" teachers in Dingzhou Vocational and Technical Education Center, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the construction of "double qualified" teachers in Dingzhou City. Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the construction of the "double qualified" teachers in this school. One is to establish the certification standard and training system of the "double-qualified" teachers, the other is to expand the training channels of the "double-qualified" teachers, and to improve the training level. Third, to strictly introduce teachers and strengthen the management of part-time teachers; fourth, to build a platform. The fifth is to actively guide the teachers to pay attention to the moral education of students. It can also provide a practical example for the theoretical research on the construction of double-qualified teachers in secondary vocational schools. The innovation of this paper lies in the following aspects: first, the emphasis is placed on deepening the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises, while serving the local economy, strengthening the construction of the "double qualified" teachers, and second, emphasizing the training, training and management of the "double qualified" teachers. Pay attention to the specialization and independent development of the "double qualified" teachers. Third, we should pay attention to the school as the leading factor and teachers as the main body, and give full play to the enthusiasm of the teachers. Fourth, we should actively guide the "double-qualified" teachers to pay attention to the moral education of students, and in the process of carrying out moral education to students, they can constantly improve their own moral education ability and accomplishment, and become true "double teachers".
