高职学院单亲家庭学生存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：“单亲家庭”已经成为一个流行词语，随着中国离婚率的上升，使学校的单亲家庭学生群体比例也越来越高，尤其是高考门槛较低的高职院校，更加成为了单亲家庭学生的“集中营”。这群学生行为表现多样，心理问题较为多发，是当前教育者必须要面对的问题。而这群孩子的个性敏感又脆弱，，表面十分骄傲内心却极度自卑，似乎很难与身边的老师与同学建立起互相信任的关系。再加上在高职学院读书的学生一般来说成绩相对较低、综合素质相对较差，自我管理能力相对欠缺，就更加加剧了高职院校单亲学生教育的难度。本文就以高职院校的单亲家庭学生为研究对象，希望能够为我国高职学院单亲家庭学生教育工作提供有益的方法参考。本文分析了单亲家庭学生的分类及其主要特点，以及在大环境下的高职学院单亲家庭学生的现状。单亲家庭的孩子按照性格特点可以分成5大类，忧郁自卑类，散漫类，叛逆类，霸道不讲理类，嫉妒多疑类。这些性格特点使得他们在平时的生活和学习中有如下一些表现：学习的目标性不强，职业的规划不完整，婚恋的观念有偏颇，社会的责任感有欠缺，应激的反应不正常。这些问题产生的原因不仅有学生个体和家庭的因素，也有学校和社会的原因。本文就是针对这些问题和原因，试探性的提出了加强高职院校单亲学生教育的人本主义原则、过程性原则以及自我教育原则，并加强单亲家庭学生的励志教育和感恩教育，引导学生有正确的价值判断和选择的能力。并且通过对症下药，家校互动，调查研究，引导舆论，引领示范等途径为单亲家庭的孩子打造一片湛蓝的天空，让他们更好的成长。
[Abstract]:"single parent family" has become a popular word. With the rise of divorce rate in China, the proportion of single-parent students in schools is increasing, especially in higher vocational colleges, where the entrance examination threshold is relatively low. It has become a "concentration camp" for single-parent students. This group of students, whose behavior is diverse and psychological problems are more frequent, is a problem that educators must face at present. And these children are sensitive and fragile in their personality. It seems that it is difficult to establish a relationship of mutual trust with the teachers and classmates around. In addition, students studying in higher vocational colleges generally have relatively low grades and relatively poor overall quality. The lack of self-management makes it more difficult to educate single-parent students in higher vocational colleges. This paper hopes to provide a useful reference for the education of single-parent family students in higher vocational colleges in our country. This paper analyzes the classification of single-parent students and their main characteristics, and the present situation of single-parent students in higher vocational colleges under the general environment. According to their personality characteristics, the children of single-parent families can be divided into five categories: melancholy and inferiority complex, scattered. Rebellious, overbearing and unreasonable, jealous and paranoid. These characteristics make them behave in their normal life and study as follows: the goal of learning is not strong, the career planning is incomplete, and the concept of love and marriage is biased. There is a lack of social responsibility and an abnormal response to stress. These problems are caused not only by individual and family factors, but also by schools and society. This paper aims at these problems and causes. This paper puts forward the humanism principle, the process principle and the self-education principle of strengthening the single-parent students' education in higher vocational colleges, and strengthens the inspirational education and the Thanksgiving education of the single-parent family students. To guide students to have the correct value judgment and choice ability. And through the right remedy, home-school interaction, investigation, research, leading public opinion, leading the demonstration and other ways to create a blue sky for the children of single-parent families, so that they can grow better.
