从学生维度浅谈职业教育吸引力的缺失与提升

【摘要】:职业教育吸引力的强弱,既是全社会对参与职业教育意愿的表征,也是检验职业教育社会价值的重要标志。当前,普遍存在职业教育对学生的吸引力缺失问题。从学生的视角来看,其根本原因是由教育工作者和职业学校二者学生观的定位不清导致的。管理范式真正秉持"学生本位"的理念是提升职业教育吸引力的根本路径,主要表现为"正确看待学生,避免灌输"、"建立人性化的课程体系"、"学生民主管理的归位"、"尊重学生专业选择的意愿"、"关注学生心理健康"等具体路径。
[Abstract]:The attractiveness of vocational education is not only a sign of the whole society's willingness to participate in vocational education, but also an important sign to test the social value of vocational education.At present, there is a general lack of attraction of vocational education to students.From the point of view of students, the root cause is the unclear orientation of students' views between educators and vocational schools.The management paradigm is the fundamental way to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education by adhering to the concept of "student-oriented".Avoiding indoctrination, establishing humanized curriculum system, returning to democratic management of students, respecting students' will to choose their major, paying attention to students' mental health and so on.
