高职院校动物医学专业创新创业教育现状的调研分析

【摘要】：在"大众创业、万众创新"的时代潮流下,提升大学生创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力迫在眉睫。为了探索高职院校动物医学专业创新创业教育的实施路径,笔者通过问卷调查、访谈等方式对动物医学专业在校生创新创业情况、创新创业导师队伍进行了调查分析。结果表明:动物医学专业学生对创新创业教育的认识不够,但对核心能力认识、心理品质等有较清醒的认识;导师团队存在着缺乏学科背景、实战经验等问题。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", it is urgent to promote the innovative spirit, entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative entrepreneurial ability of college students.In order to explore the implementation path of innovative entrepreneurship education in animal medicine major in higher vocational colleges, the author investigated and analyzed the situation of innovation and entrepreneurship among the students of animal medicine major by means of questionnaire, interview and so on.The results showed that the students of animal medicine did not know enough about innovation and entrepreneurship education, but they had a clear understanding of the core competence and psychological quality, and the tutors' team had some problems such as lack of discipline background and actual combat experience.
