山西省高职学生管理存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：随着我国社会主义市场经济对高技能人才需求的日益增多，对职业教育的发展提出了更高的要求。由于高等教育的大众化，招生人数的增加，高职院校对学生管理遇到了许多新问题，面临着极大的考验。本文通过问卷调查，研究了山西省内部分高职院校学生管理工作存在的问题、原因及对策，对高职院校如何面对新形势，做好高职院校学生管理工作，探寻有效的学生管理模式，实现高职教育的育人目标，具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。笔者发放问卷1500份，收回有效问卷1380份，，通过问卷调查，进一步深入了解到当前山西省高职院校学生管理存在学生素质能力低下，学生管理人员经验欠缺，学生管理组织力量薄弱、学生管理制度不健全、不科学等问题，分析了高职学生管理中存在这些问题的原因，一是教育内部原因，包括学生生源结构多样化、学生辅导员队伍薄弱、学生公寓管理形式化以及学生自治组织不健全等不能适应当前教育的蓬勃发展，二是社会外部原因，包括市场经济发展给高职学生管理工作带来巨大冲击、社会文化消极的一面给学生管理带来的影响。针对这些问题及产生的原因提出了“提高生源质量促进学生素质能力发展、健全学校内部机制，加强学生管理制度建设、强化专业教师的育人职能、提高学生管理人员工作水平”的对策。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for highly skilled talents in our socialist market economy, higher requirements have been put forward for the development of vocational education. With the popularization of higher education and the increase of enrollment, higher vocational colleges meet many new problems in student management and face a great test. Through questionnaire investigation, this paper studies the problems, causes and countermeasures of student management in some higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province, how to face the new situation and how to do well the student management work in higher vocational colleges. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to explore an effective student management model and to realize the educational goal of higher vocational education. The author gives out 1500 questionnaires and 1380 valid questionnaires. Through the questionnaire, it is further understood that the students' quality and ability are low in the students' management of higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province, and the experience of the students' management staff is lacking. This paper analyzes the causes of these problems in the management of higher vocational students, such as the weak organization of student management, imperfect student management system, unscientific management and so on. The first is the internal reasons of education, including the diversity of student source structure. The weakness of student counselors, the formalization of student apartment management and the imperfection of student autonomy organization can not adapt to the vigorous development of current education. The development of market economy has brought great impact to the management of higher vocational students, and the negative side of social culture has brought about the influence to the management of students. In view of these problems and their causes, this paper puts forward that "improving the quality of students, promoting the development of students' quality and ability, perfecting the internal mechanism of the school, strengthening the construction of the student management system, and strengthening the education function of the professional teachers," Countermeasures to improve the working level of students' administrators.
