中高职衔接一体化人才培养:问题分析与实践探索

【摘要】：中高职衔接是构建现代职业教育体系、搭建人才培养立交桥的基础前提。尽管各级政府高度重视,大力推进,但调查发现,中高职衔接至今还存在着社会重视不够、办学条件差、生源不足、学生基础差、生存压力过大、衔接意识差、办学理念难提升、招生制度改革难突破、利益均衡问题难协调、办学基础条件难统一等诸多现实问题。推进中高职衔接工作,一要解决认识观念、体制机制、政府政策支持的问题;二要着力解决统筹推进、基础缺失和支持保障的问题。
[Abstract]:The connection of middle and higher vocational education is the basic premise of constructing the modern vocational education system and building the overpass of talent training. Although governments at all levels attach great importance to it and vigorously promote it, the investigation finds that there are still insufficient social concerns, poor conditions for running schools, insufficient student resources, poor student base, excessive pressure for survival and poor awareness of cohesion in the connection between secondary and higher vocational schools. The idea of running a school is difficult to promote, the reform of enrollment system is difficult to break through, the balance of interests is difficult to coordinate, the basic conditions of running a school are difficult to unify, and so on. To push forward the work of linking middle and higher vocational schools, we should first solve the problems of cognition, system and mechanism, and government policy support; second, we should focus on solving the problems of overall promotion, lack of foundation and support guarantee.
