素质冰山模型理论视阈下中职学生工匠精神的培育

【摘要】:"尚于巧""精于工""匠于心""品于行"是当代工匠精神的价值内涵。依据斯潘塞(Spencer)提出的人的素质冰山模型理论内隐性素质特征的成长规律,通过观念转变、教学融入、实践强化、文化培育、方法创新等路径,能有效培育中职学生的工匠精神。
[Abstract]:"still in skill", "good at work", "craftsman in heart", "goods in action" is the value connotation of contemporary craftsman's spirit. According to the growth law of recessive quality characteristics in the theory of human quality iceberg proposed by Spencer, the artisan spirit of secondary vocational school students can be effectively cultivated through the paths of concept change, teaching integration, practical strengthening, cultural cultivation and method innovation.
