高职院校校企合作中的文化融合探讨

【摘要】：校企文化差异已经成为制约高职院校校企深度合作的关键因素,迫切需要在求同存异的基础上走向文化融合。因此,文化融合成为高职院校校企合作中的深层次问题,有必要审视高职院校文化与企业文化的关系,分析校企合作中文化融合的价值,探求校企合作中文化融合的问题,设计出校企合作中文化融合的路径,最终推进高职院校校企深度合作。
[Abstract]:The cultural difference between school and enterprise has become the key factor to restrict the deep cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. It is urgent to move towards cultural integration on the basis of seeking common ground while reserving differences. Therefore, cultural integration has become a deep problem in the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. It is necessary to examine the relationship between culture and corporate culture in higher vocational colleges, analyze the value of cultural integration in cooperation between schools and enterprises, and explore the problems of cultural integration in cooperation between colleges and enterprises. Design the path of cultural integration in the cooperation of colleges and enterprises, and finally promote the deep cooperation of higher vocational colleges and enterprises.
