汽车产业技术技能紧缺人才培养的创新实践——以长春汽车工业高等专科学校为例

【摘要】：针对我国现有高技能人才培养与汽车产业发展要求不相匹配的问题,以长春汽车工业高等专科学校技术技能人才个性化培养的创新实践为例,提出专业建设个性化、培养目标个性化、合作机制个性化、培养模式个性化、课程改革个性化、育人环境个性化等人才培养策略,为有效解决人才培养针对性问题,提升专业服务产业发展能力提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the training of high skilled personnel is not matched with the requirements of the development of the automobile industry, taking the innovative practice of individualized training of technical skill talents of Changchun Automobile Industry Institute as an example, it is proposed that the individualization of professional construction, the individualization of training objectives, the individuation of cooperation mechanism, the individualization of training mode and the individualization of the curriculum reform. Personnel training strategies such as individualization of education environment provide reference for effectively solving pertinent problems in personnel training and enhancing professional service industry development ability.
