澳大利亚资格框架的资格标准分析——以职业教育与培训领域为重点

【摘要】：澳大利亚资格框架是一个全纳性的资格体系,职业教育与培训领域的资格类型及标准是其三大主要构成部分之一,该领域的八种资格类型依据资格自身的标准差异和职业教育的体系构成可以划分为四个阶段:职业教育准备、基础、提高及专业阶段。澳大利亚资格框架中职业教育与培训领域各阶段资格标准体现出来的对学习结果的规范化表述、资格等级的阶梯式划分、部门资格之间的等值和融通、基础技能的贯通始终、能力要求的职业指向性以及个体性与社会性的综合考虑等特征对我国技术技能人才资格标准的制定具有重要借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The Australian eligibility framework is an inclusive qualification system, and the types and criteria of qualifications in the field of vocational education and training are one of its three major components. The eight types of qualifications in this field can be divided into four stages according to the difference of qualification standards and the constitution of vocational education system: vocational education preparation, foundation, improvement and professional stage. In the Australian qualification framework, the standard of qualifications in the field of vocational education and training reflects the standardized expression of learning results, the step classification of qualification levels, the equivalence and integration of departmental qualifications, and the continuity of basic skills. The characteristics of the professional orientation of the ability requirement and the comprehensive consideration of individuality and sociality have important reference significance for the establishment of the qualification standard of the technical skill talents in China.
