档案袋评价在中等职业学校办公应用课程中的应用研究

【摘要】:教育部在针对职业教育的教学改革指出了,,创新职业教育评价考核制度,提高学生技能水平的基本理念。基于这一理念,职业教育的教学评价,不再只是评价学生的考试成绩,而是要全面提高学生的技能水平,培养具有实际操作能力与企业需求接轨的人才。在新教改的要求下,以标准化测验作为唯一标准的评价方式,已经不能满足教学的需要。作为一种过程性评价方法,档案袋评价具有了特殊的优越性。 办公应用,是中等职业学校普遍开设的一门考证课程。强调处理常用文字、图表和其他事物信息的能力,注重提高学生的技能水平。在这门课程中使用档案袋评价不仅可以检查学生的学习状况、学习方法,还能展现学生技能水平发展的动态过程。本研究以中等职业学校学生为研究对象,通过多种研究方法,探索档案袋评价在该门课程中实施的可行性和有效性。 本文第一部分阐述的是在中等职业学校办公应用课程中使用档案袋评价的研究背景、意义及采用的研究方法。第二部分介绍的是档案袋评价的概念及国内外研究进展。第三和第四部分是档案袋评价在中等职业学校办公课程中的具体应用及结论。第五和第六部分阐述了本研究的建议及反思。结果表明,将档案袋评价应用在中等职业学校的办公应用课程中是可行的,档案袋评价能够促进学生专业课程的学习和综合能力的发展。同时档案袋评价的应用也存在着一定的局限性,需要通过理论与实践的研究来进一步完善。
[Abstract]:In view of the teaching reform of vocational education, the Ministry of education points out the basic idea of innovating the evaluation and assessment system of vocational education and improving the students' skill level. Based on this idea, the teaching evaluation of vocational education is not only to evaluate the students' examination results, but to improve the skill level of the students in an all-round way, and to cultivate the practical ability and the enterprise. Under the requirements of the new educational reform, the standard test as the only standard of evaluation has been unable to meet the needs of teaching. As a process evaluation method, the portfolio evaluation has special advantages.
Office application is a general examination course in secondary vocational school. It emphasizes the ability to deal with common words, charts and other information, and pays more attention to improving students' skills. In this course, the use of file bag evaluation can not only check the students' learning situation, study methods, but also show the development of students' skills. This study takes the students of secondary vocational schools as the research object, and explores the feasibility and effectiveness of the implementation of the portfolio evaluation in the course through a variety of research methods.
The first part of this article describes the research background, significance and research methods used in the office application course of secondary vocational schools. The second part introduces the concept of portfolio evaluation and the progress of research at home and abroad. The third and the fourth part are the details of file bag evaluation in the office course of secondary vocational schools. The application and conclusion. The fifth and sixth parts expounded the suggestion and reflection of this study. The results show that it is feasible to apply the portfolio evaluation to the office application course in secondary vocational schools, and the portfolio evaluation can promote the development of the learning and comprehensive ability of the students' professional courses. Limitations need further improvement through theoretical and practical research.
