安徽动漫人才队伍分层建设研究

【摘要】："十二五"期间,安徽动漫产业进入了快速发展的轨道,但安徽的各层次动漫人才队伍培养与社会企业的实际需求,仍然存在着巨大的"产学倒挂"现象。本文拟从安徽省中等美术教育、高等职业技术教育、本科教育、研究生教育四个层面剖析、研究,力求厘清符合安徽动漫产业发展需要的人才分层培养办学导向。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the animation industry in Anhui has entered the track of rapid development. However, there is still a huge phenomenon of "production and learning upside down" in Anhui's animation talent training at all levels and the actual needs of social enterprises. This paper analyzes and studies the four levels of secondary art education, higher vocational and technical education, undergraduate education and graduate education in Anhui Province, and tries to clarify the orientation of talent stratification training in line with the needs of the development of Anhui animation industry.
