中职生品德行为培养的研究

【摘要】:中等职业教育是我国高中阶段教育的重要组成部分,主要培养生产、建设、服务等第一线的初、中级技术应用性人才,这类人才应该是德、智、体、美全面发展的、具有良好品德行为和创新精神的人才。中职生的品德行为直接影响到自身的综合素质的发展进而关系到学校的办学质量和培养目标的实现。但中职生不良的品行表现较为突出,犯错率高,反复性强,假如不改善现有的状况,会导致中等职业教育在招生和就业上的恶性循环,并直接影响我国中等职业教育的长期和有效发展。从目前中等职业教育的实践来看,中职生品德行为的培养问题是其工作的难点之一,是实现培养目标的必然要求,是中职生实现自我发展和顺利就业的需要。尤其是社会处于从传统型向现代型发生根本转变,社会主义市场经济体制形成,文化和道德多元化发展背景下,中职生品德行为更显示出其独特性。所以,必须注重学生品德的培养,尤其是品德行为的塑造,培养高素质的职业人才。笔者以中职生品德行为培养为主题,对长沙财经学校等几所湖南省部分中职学校进行了问卷调查和访谈,.通过对调查结果的分析,总结了中职生品德行为培养中存在的问题,并探索了产生这些问题的原因,在此基础上提出了中职生品德行为培养的优化策略。 本文分为四个部分。第一部分介绍了问题的提出,研究意义,国内外有关该研究的现状,研究的思路与方法。第二部分通过调查发现中职学校校园文化为充分发挥对品德行为的培养功能;德育工作存在与学生实际状况脱离的现象;教师自身修养和心理素质下降;学校对社会和家庭的引导作用不充分等问题。第三部分从社会环境,学校招生和品德教育和学生心理及交往群体等方面分析了原因。第四部分从校园环境、德育体系的构建、教师和学生主体作用的发挥和学生自我管理能力的提高等方面提出了品德行为培养的优化策略。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of high school education in China. It mainly trains production, construction, service and the first line, intermediate technology applied talents. This kind of talent should be the talents with comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, body and beauty. The moral behavior of secondary vocational students directly affects their own comprehensive. The development of the quality is related to the quality of school running and the realization of the training goal. However, the bad behavior of secondary vocational students is more prominent, the rate of error is high and the current situation is strong. If it does not improve the current situation, it will lead to the vicious circle of secondary vocational education in enrollment and employment, and directly affect the long-term and long-term vocational education in China. Effective development. From the current practice of secondary vocational education, the cultivation of moral behavior of secondary vocational students is one of the difficulties in their work. It is the necessary requirement to achieve the training goal. It is the need for the secondary vocational students to achieve self-development and smooth employment. Especially, the society is fundamentally changing from the traditional to the modern, the socialist market is the most important. In the background of the formation of the economic system and the diversified development of culture and morality, the moral behavior of secondary vocational students is more unique. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of students' moral character, especially the molding of moral behavior and the cultivation of high quality professional talents. The author takes the moral behavior of secondary vocational students as the theme, and the part of the Changsha Financial school and other Hunan provinces. The vocational school carried out a questionnaire survey and interview. Through the analysis of the results of the survey, the problems existed in the training of moral behavior of secondary vocational students were summarized, and the reasons for these problems were explored. On this basis, the optimization strategies for training the moral behavior of secondary vocational students were put forward.
The first part is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the proposal of the problem, the significance of the research, the status of the research at home and abroad, the thinking and method of the research. The second part finds that the campus culture of secondary vocational school can give full play to the training function of moral behavior; the moral education is divorced from the actual situation of the students; Self cultivation and psychological quality decline; the school is not sufficient to guide the society and the family. The third part analyses the reasons from the social environment, the school enrolment and moral education, the students' psychology and the communication group. The fourth part is from the campus environment, the construction of the moral education system, the role of the teachers and students and the students. The optimization strategy of moral character training is put forward in the aspect of improving self-management ability.
