高职院校教师自主专业发展研究

【摘要】:教育是国家之本,教师是教育之本。教师作为教育活动的引导者,自身的专业水平和发展程度决定着教育活动的水平和走向。教师专业发展是教师提高自身专业水平的应有之义,教师自主专业发展则是教师专业发展的主要途径。高职院校以培养应用型人才为目标,注重实际操作技能的培养。高职院校教师如何通过自主专业发展使自己的知识素养适应和满足这一要求,成为学者关注的焦点。 本文首先通过文献梳理明确了教师自主专业发展的内涵和特征:教师自主专业发展是指个人职业生涯中,教师遵循教育规律,尊重教育价值,树立终身学习的理念,不断发掘自我意识,充分利用自主性,通过责任认知、理论学习、投射实践、勤于思辨、勇于创新,以实现综合能力逐步提高并持续发展的过程。教师自主专业发展具有主、学、践、思、索、个等特征。主就是强调发挥内在潜能,主动学习;学就是坚持终身学习的理念并付诸实际行动,践就是用实践去检验学习效果;思就是思考辨析理论与实践的联系与差异;索就是探索更好的学习方法和学习内容;个就是实现自我个性化的发展。通过问卷调查,发现高职院校教师自主专业发展存在以下主要问题:一是教师自主专业发展意识欠缺,二是教师自主专业发展的群体氛围没有形成,三是教师自主专业发展能力有待提高,四是教师自主专业发展的途径不能满足需要。其次,结合调查数据对高职院校教师自主专业发展进行了归因分析,导致问题产生的原因主要有:一是教师职业理想缺失,个人目标迷茫;二是生活压力增大,教师主观不努力;三是教师的评价机制不健全;四是缺乏必要的环境支持。 最后从宏观政策、学校实施和个人方法三个方面提出了高职院校教师自主专业发展的相应对策建议,以期为高职院校教师的自主专业发展提供理论指导。宏观政策方面,整个社会持续关注高职院校教师的自主发展;树立正确的职业教育观念。学校实施方面,营造有利于教师专业成长的学校气氛;加强职前培训,增强初任教师的整体水平;建立学习型小组,丰富教师的学习内容与形式;培养“双师型”教师,建立激励制度。个人方法方面,端正自身职业动机;树立职业理想并为之奋斗;积极规划职业发展前景,做好专业发展计划;善于利用多种学习途径,发挥网络信息时代的优势。
[Abstract]:Education is the foundation of the country and the teacher is the foundation of education. As the guide of educational activities, teachers' professional level and development level determine the level and trend of educational activities. Teachers' professional development is the proper meaning for teachers to improve their professional level, and teachers' independent professional development is the main way of teachers' professional development. Higher vocational colleges aim at cultivating applied talents and pay attention to the cultivation of practical operation skills. How teachers in higher vocational colleges adapt and meet this requirement through independent professional development has become the focus of scholars' attention. Firstly, this paper clarifies the connotation and characteristics of teachers' independent professional development through literature: teachers' independent professional development means that teachers follow the law of education, respect the value of education, and establish the concept of lifelong learning in their personal career. Constantly explore self-consciousness, make full use of autonomy, through responsibility cognition, theory learning, projection practice, diligent in thinking, dare to innovate, in order to achieve the comprehensive ability to gradually improve and sustainable development process. Teachers'independent professional development has the characteristics of main, learning, practical, thinking, demanding, and so on. The main idea is to emphasize the inner potential, to learn actively, to stick to the concept of lifelong learning and put it into practice, to practice to test the effect of learning, to think about the relationship and difference between theory and practice. Search is to explore better learning methods and learning content; individual is to achieve self-individualized development. Through the questionnaire survey, it is found that the main problems in the development of teachers' autonomous specialty in higher vocational colleges are as follows: firstly, the consciousness of teachers' independent professional development is lacking; second, the group atmosphere of teachers' autonomous professional development has not formed. Third, the ability of teachers' independent professional development needs to be improved, and fourth, the way of teachers' independent professional development can not meet the needs. Secondly, based on the investigation data, this paper analyzes the attribution of teachers' independent professional development in higher vocational colleges. The main causes of the problems are as follows: first, teachers' professional ideal is missing, their personal goals are confused; second, the pressure of life is increased. Teachers do not work hard subjectively; third, the evaluation mechanism of teachers is not perfect; fourth, the lack of necessary environmental support. Finally, from the macro policy, school implementation and personal methods, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of teachers' autonomous specialty in higher vocational colleges, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the development of teachers' autonomous specialty. In terms of macro policy, the whole society continuously pays attention to the independent development of teachers in higher vocational colleges, and sets up a correct concept of vocational education. In school implementation, we should create a school atmosphere conducive to teachers' professional growth; strengthen pre-service training to enhance the overall level of new teachers; set up learning groups to enrich teachers' learning contents and forms; and train "double-qualified" teachers. Establish an incentive system. In terms of personal methods, we should correct our own professional motivation, set up professional ideals and strive for them, actively plan the future of career development and make good professional development plans, and be good at making use of various learning approaches to give play to the advantages of the age of network information.
