甘肃省高职院校专业评估指标体系构建研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着高等教育的大众化,其质量问题引起了人们的高度关注,政府文件也频频提到教育改革发展的核心任务是提高高等教育质量,因此,各种教育评估层出不穷。在各种评估活动轰轰烈烈开展的同时,专业评估被证明是确保专业质量的有效方法之一,它对于提高人才培养质量、促进区域经济发展、改善高等教育质量保障体系以及推动专业发展机制的形成,都意义重大。本研究旨在构建一套适用于甘肃省高职院校专业评估的指标体系,以期利用这套指标体系对高职专业进行评估,从而更清楚地了解各专业的发展情况,改进专业建设,提高高职教育质量。为了实现这一目标,本研究从以下几个步骤来进行:首先,通过整理分析现有的国内外高职院校专业评估指标体系,参考教育专家、企业职工、教师、学生的意见,以及结合甘肃省高职院校专业发展的实际情况,初步构建出一套由6个一级指标、25个二级指标、49个观测点组成的指标体系。然后,使用基于两两比较法设计出的问卷收集专家的观点看法,进而利用层次分析法中的群决策功能计算出各个指标和观测点的权重,形成最终的高职院校专业评估指标体系。此外,本研究根据高职专业所对应的产业类别分别构建出了第一产业、第二产业、第三产业对应的高职专业评估指标体系,并进一步对指标体系的内涵、指标权重的分配等进行描述分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the popularization of higher education, people pay close attention to the quality of higher education, and government documents frequently mention that the core task of educational reform and development is to improve the quality of higher education. At the same time that various evaluation activities have been vigorously carried out, professional evaluation has proved to be one of the effective ways to ensure professional quality, which can improve the quality of personnel training and promote regional economic development. It is of great significance to improve the quality assurance system of higher education and to promote the formation of professional development mechanism. The purpose of this study is to set up a set of index system suitable for professional evaluation of higher vocational colleges in Gansu province, so as to make use of this index system to evaluate higher vocational majors, so as to better understand the development situation of each major and improve the specialty construction. Improve the quality of higher vocational education. In order to achieve this goal, this study is carried out from the following steps: first, by sorting out and analyzing the existing professional evaluation index system of higher vocational colleges at home and abroad, referring to the opinions of education experts, enterprise workers, teachers and students, Combined with the actual situation of professional development in higher vocational colleges in Gansu Province, a set of index system consisting of 6 primary indexes, 25 secondary indexes and 49 observation points was constructed. Then, the questionnaire designed based on pairwise comparison method is used to collect the views of experts, and then the weight of each index and observation point is calculated by using the function of group decision making in AHP to form the final professional evaluation index system of higher vocational colleges. In addition, according to the corresponding industry categories of higher vocational specialty, this study has constructed the evaluation index system of the primary industry, the second industry and the third industry respectively, and the connotation of the index system. The distribution of index weight is described and analyzed.
