高职院校就业指导工作中思想政治教育的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:随着我国高等教育逐步从“精英教育”向“大众教育”演进,接受高等教育的青年人越来越多,大学毕业生增幅逐年增大。其中,高等职业教育在校生规模已经占据整个高等教育的一半以上,高职毕业生亦面临着越来越大的就业压力。现实的环境决定了高等职业教育对就业指导的态度。为了在激烈的竞争中求得生存和发展,举办高等职业教育的院校一向比较重视就业指导工作。然而大多数高职院校的就业指导只笼统的对毕业生进行了就业形势和政策的教育指导,忽视了对学生就业观念、价值取向和职业道德等方面的引导,忽视了系统的就业思想政治教育的重要作用。 本文以重庆市高职院校为研究对象,遵循“理论研究—现状调查—对策研究”的研究思路,采用文献法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对重庆市36所高职院校中22所学校的部分老师、在校学生和毕业生进行了调查,对其中存在的主要问题进行了较为深入的原因分析,并针对加强高职院校就业指导工作中的思想政治教育的对策提出了建议。本文主要分为三个部分: 第一部分:阐述了高职院校就业指导工作中思想政治教育的内涵。这部分首先介绍了思想政治教育与高职院校就业指导工作中思想政治教育的内涵。其后进一步说明了高等职业教育、高职学生以及高职院校就业指导工作中思想政治教育的特点。最后,明确了高职院校就业指导工作中思想政治教育的目标和意义。 第二部分:指出了高职院校就业指导工作中思想政治教育现存的问题,包括:目标缺乏层次性、过程缺乏系统性、内容缺乏针对性、途径缺乏多样性以及教育缺乏实效性。针对所提出的问题,从学校领导、师资队伍、机制体系、学生本身和社会因素等方面进行了深入细致的原因分析。 第三部分:针对前部分提出的问题和原因分析,从教育实施者、教育对象和社会三个层面提出了改革对策。教育实施者层面:学校提高重视、加强投入,建立健全体制和工作机制,打造高素质的教育团队,完善课程体系充实教育内容,优化教育途径。教育对象层面:针对高职在校生三个年级制定了系统的就业思想政治教育方案。社会层面:聘请校外专家来校指导,邀请企业骨干来校交流,加强与学生家长的沟通。
[Abstract]:With the gradual evolution of higher education from "elite education" to "mass education", more and more young people are receiving higher education, and the increase of college graduates is increasing year by year. Among them, the scale of students in higher vocational education has occupied more than half of the whole higher education, and vocational graduates are facing more and more pressure of employment. The realistic environment determines the attitude of higher vocational education to employment guidance. In order to survive and develop in the fierce competition, colleges that hold higher vocational education always pay more attention to employment guidance. However, the employment guidance of most higher vocational colleges only provides general education guidance to the graduates in terms of employment situation and policy, and neglects the guidance on the employment concept, value orientation and professional ethics of the students. Ignored the important role of systematic employment ideological and political education. This article takes Chongqing higher vocational college as the research object, follows the research thought of "theory research-current situation investigation-countermeasure research", adopts the literature method, the questionnaire survey method and so on research method. This paper investigates some teachers, students and graduates of 22 of the 36 vocational colleges in Chongqing, and analyzes the causes of the main problems. Suggestions are put forward to strengthen ideological and political education in employment guidance of higher vocational colleges. This paper is divided into three parts: The first part expounds the connotation of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of higher vocational colleges. This part first introduces the connotation of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of higher vocational colleges. Then it further explains the characteristics of ideological and political education in higher vocational education, higher vocational students and employment guidance in higher vocational colleges. Finally, the purpose and significance of ideological and political education in employment guidance of higher vocational colleges are clarified. The second part points out the existing problems of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of higher vocational colleges, including: lack of hierarchy of goals, lack of systematic process, lack of pertinence of contents, lack of diversity of approaches and lack of effectiveness of education. In view of the problems raised, this paper makes a thorough and detailed analysis of the causes from the aspects of school leadership, teachers, mechanism system, students themselves and social factors. The third part: according to the analysis of the problems and causes raised in the former part, the author puts forward the reform countermeasures from the three aspects of educational implementers, educational objects and society. Education implementers level: schools pay more attention to, strengthen investment, establish and perfect system and working mechanism, build high quality education team, perfect curriculum system to enrich education content and optimize educational approaches. Education object level: a systematic program of employment ideological and political education is made for three grades of students in higher vocational schools. Social level: invite outside experts to school to guide, invite backbone enterprises to exchange, strengthen communication with parents.
